My stay at Rautistrasse was comfortable however i have been waiting for almost greater than 3 months and my deposit has not been returned to me. Emails are not answered and on call every agent tells to wait. I had been referring to people at my work to stay in prime stay but such an incident has changed our opinion.I hope reading this review I might get my deposit back.Thanks Claudio for the update. Could you please confirm me the date when the money will be credited to the account?

It's an absolute dump!!! Stay away!!I stayed in my room for 2 days with no electricity and sadly wasn't a big deal to the owners. Had to yell and bark to get this resolved. TV didn't work and it took 3 weeks to resolve even though I had paid for this. And this list goes on and on... and for all of these issues, NO COMPENSATION whatsoever.Their attitude is despicable and with the exception of a single person within their midst, all the rest always behave in a very cold manner. Never thought I will experience this in a lovely country like Switzerland.In summary, customer service is almost alien to this company. Sadly, they still get patronage due to the scarcity of apartmemt s in Zurich.Avoid if you can

Einfaches ein- und auschecken via LockBox und ein unschlagbares Preis/Leistungsverhältnis. Teils etwas laut aber sauber und alles notwenige ist vorhanden. W-Lan ist gratis, TV (wers braucht) mit unzähligen Sendern in vielen Sprachen vorhanden, die meisten Zimmer haben sogar einen Kühlschrank so das man sich prima selbst versorgen kann. Bus- und Bahnhaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe.Nachteilig war nur der Lärm einer Baustelle und die deutlich hörbaren Menschen aus den benachbarten Büros die im Hof ihre Pausen verbringen.

Correct pour un très court séjour. Les toilettes et la salle de bain n'étaient pas très propres. Il y faisait très chaud dans la chambre, pas de climatisation et impossibilité d'ouvrir toutes les fenêtres. Il n'y a pas de stationnement aux alentours et le quartier est peu fréquentable. Déconseillé si vous y restez plus de 2 jours.

When it's comes to loot money they have full time to response but at the time of return deposit they don't have time to answer your mails and calls. I am not going to recommend this service to anyone from now. Unprofessional , looter , scammer (charge unnecessary fees while you move out in the name of cleaning and other things). Guys please avoid to stay here.

There is nothing good about primestay. They rent legally noncompliant flats and lack caring and maintaining of customers as a company. One night the boiler that they recently replaced almost fell on my head. Absolute NO GO! Mrs b.a. does not care at all about the well-being of the tenants.

I cannot give stars in minus otherwise I would give -5 star. These people will work quite actively when you will start the tenancy, but when you will leave they will block your security deposite for very long time. I am waiting for the return of security deposite. I am writing emails to them but they do not even respond. After so many followups they said - Please have more patience

Very bad response time via Email and Phone. This company breaches the contract regularly. Especially the final accounting (Schlussabrechnung) and pay back of the security deposit (Mietkaution) is due for more than 3 months, even after my request after 2.5 months! While the company doesn't hesitate to dun tenants with a hefty fine after a few days of late payment of the rent, they're not interested to pay back the deposit in time at all.3.5 months after my complaint, the company assured me, they can pay back my security deposit next month, so it will be 4 months later!

Worst hotel in ZurichIt was one of the worst stays I ever had. We arrived during the self check in times and got the door codes in advance. When we opened the box, the key was missing. We tried to call the service Hotline several times at 8 o clock (during service times) nobody picked up. After half an hour, somebody called back, giving us the code from another box to finally get in. When we arrived at the roomwe had to recognize a smell from smoke in the room everywhere. We ordered two single beds and got an queen bed instead. The community rooms (kitchen, toilet, rooptop) were in a very bad stahpe. It was smelling everywhere, ashtrays full of cigarretes, and the furniture and cupboards were broken. Please don't belive the pictures, I have stayed in a lot of hostels and group dorms and have never seen something like that. We tried to reach the holtine during the day and wrote a lot of emails. No reply, nothing. I am so disappointed that something like this is still listed on hotels.com and must decide next time using this Plattform instead others. It was so worse that we left the place and stayed at a friends place.For everybody going there, please make photos of everything, even screenshot of your calls. We tried to refund, no anwser.

Bucht dieses Hotel nicht, es ist eine Katastrophe. Check in hat nicht geklappt, ich musste mir für die erste Nacht noch ganz kurzfristig ein anderes Zimmer besorgen. Viele Gäste sind komisch, es ist mitunter dreckig und die Hygiene lässt zu wünschen übrig.
