Just got charged for damage" that we did not cause. Dropped off early before they opened and dropped the key in the slot.There was no phone call/email/anything asking us for evidence they just charged me and sent unclear photos as their evidence.I didn't expect this kind of dishonesty from Budget this is the first time it has ever happened to me.Update: 4 days and no reply to the email address they refer you to.Unprofessional."

Would have been 5 stars.... Service was great and speedy BUT unexpected bill a week later.My wife hired a car here and got some of the best customer service ever. Car was spotless and top of the range (a small upgrade too). The only let down was upon returning the car there were no problems and we went on home. A week later we have a bill from budget for an extra 56 CHF. The car was refueled and no damage. We had returned the car with no problems or questions. Mileage was low too.If there was a letter explaining the costs I think this may have been a different story.Update: Even after two emails contacting them regarding this I have still failed to have any dialogue. If it wasn't for the great service at the beginning of the rental I would have to give this 1 star.
