I decided to give coaching a try to get some perspective on some of my interests in life and really enjoyed the experience. Anne-Laure is friendly and a great listener. She persuaded me that some of the projects I was considering exploring were worth pursuing. As a result, I am really motivated to move forward and know what my strengths are to achieve my aims and how to deal with hurdles. I would recommend Anne-Laure as a coach to get another viewpoint on projects you might have in life.

My wish for a more fulfilling and happier life have led me to start my journey with Anne-Laure. She is a very kind and caring person and as a coach she understands creating a safe and supportive environment which allowed me to discover who I am as a person as well as to explore different paths and perspectives. Throughout the coaching, she introduced different tools, methods and challenges that I was able to integrate into my life and which are a great toolbox for when I am faced with challenging situations. I also highly appreciated her ability to ask the right questions to always push me a step further which really helped me grow as a person. At that time I was feeling a bit stuck, unsure about which paths to follow in the future. Even though I was a bit skeptical towards coaching in the past, I decided to go on the journey.
