Great experience!!! I went without an appointment, and I was lucky that they could put me in the chair... Great customer service, the local is well decorated, nice music and they offer you soft drinks. Is not cheap, but worth every penny (55chf for a wash, hair cut and final wash). My barber was Nik and he did a great job. Definitely, I will come back.

Worst experience of all time. Went in and asked for a small bit off the top. Then thr barber said he will fix up thr sides with a razor so I said ok. He then made a big bald patch on the top of my head with a blade and knew he messed up but kept saying he will fix it. I just said shave it off then he went even shorter and now I’m bald vin diesel. He also nearly took my ear off when cleaning my head because I wear an earring. After his mistake he still charged me full price. Never go here

Ich war heute zum ersten mal da, und gehe sicherlich nicht ein zweites mal.Der Bart richtig unsauber und zu kurz geschnitten, obwohl ich gesagt habe 1-2cm kürzer!Und mein Hals, also von einem „Profi“ will ich nicht 4x geschnitten werden!!Ja sehr schade um mein Bart….

I got a professional haircut. Haircut was not cheap. But worth the money. You can take a coffee or alcoholic drinks, before or during your haircut if you like. Store is outfitted with a little too many memorabilia from Pop stars or Rock'n Roll stars on the wall for my taste.

The barbers all have their different style and the website doesn’t enable choosing the barber, so it’s a bit random: It took 15 times going there to meet all 4 barbers and get all to execute what I like… and finally I am happy :)Overall, quite a high price (45CHF for a beard cut) for good service and a great experience (including, if you are early enough, a complementary drink of coffee, water,l and whiskey- of which they have 2 different on self service).

Ich habe mir von Ozgur die Haare schneiden lassen und bin äußerst enttäuscht, der Schnitt war überhaupt nicht professionell. Ozgur ist warm, aber er hat das Niveau eines Friseurs ohne Diplom und für 55 Franken ist der Schnitt wirklich sehr enttäuschend, ich hätte gerne eine RückerstattungIch möchte entweder eine Rückerstattung von mindestens 35 Franken oder einen kostenlosen HaarschnittAm Ende des Schnitts kam eine weitere Person aus dem Friseursalon, um meine Haare zu retten. Ich bin einfach der falschen Person begegnet. Ich denke, andere Friseure sind Profis

Ich komme seit gut 2 Jahren regelmässig hierher (jeweils Haare und Bart) und bin rundum zufrieden. Hervorragender Service, lockere Atmosphäre, gute Musik, gute Leute und vor allem gute Öffnungszeiten. So lässt sich der Besuch mit einem Feierabend-Bier verbinden.Danke an Luca und das gesamte Team
