It's a bar/restaurant/hotel NOT a nightclub/discotec! I'm happy that they turned a dying place around but NOT at the expense of the peace and quiet that used to be enjoyed by all the residents nearby.

You'll love it!! We have been enjoying Edelweiss for many years. Edelweiss is always our first stop when we are in town and our 'go-to' for lunch and apres-ski. We eat there in both winter and summer. The food is consistently excellent and good value for money.The owners are very friendly and welcoming; they work extremely hard to make their restaurant and hotel an enjoyable experience for both young and older clientele - it's a great vibe. I'd say more relaxed at lunchtimes and fun in the evenings.I miss the duck salad, Phillip and Sarah but appreciate just how much time went into preparing it. :( So we'll see you in March for the delicious roasted goats cheese.
