Simply the best chocolatier in town. We love it. Unfortunately the sales lady rejected to be on the picture, so we had to cut the picture to respect her demand

Only one person serving in what appeared to be a pretty busy store, at least when we were there. Chocolate was pretty yum but not the Swiss perfection we were expecting, particularly given the price tag.

Yummmm, this is one of the best dessert shops in Luzerne. I didn't find it expensive. Large selection of desserts to choose from like macaroons, cake pops, croissants, pastries, all types of candies, juices, shakes, coffee. Customer service is good. Long line sometimes but totally worth it!!!

Friendly staff, delicious chocolate. To those not receiving good customer service, I found that speaking a little bit of German went a long way. Despite being tourists, we were treated politely.

Customer service is terrible. Bought a selected bar of Chocolate which they packed on the spot and 8 pralines. They gave it to us without a bag, when we saw them giving a paper bag to another customer. Asked for a bag, they said they didn’t give plastic bags. We pointed to the paper bag and they eventually handed it over. Manager in glasses was terrible and snobby. So was her worker.

Nice chocolate, but the staff are not so nice. It seems like they don’t welcome those whom look like tourists, or to be more precise, Asian people. I’ve been to the shop twice but every time I was there they always tried their best to ignore me, they would turn to other guest to assist them until there’s nobody around, then they would unwillingly look at me. This is really annoying, especially when I saw them with smiley face to other people, and then when they look at me, they switch to inpatient and annoyed faces so quickly that I was really amazed.

Good quality of chocolate and have many flavor also kind of chocolate as well but one thing is quite sweet for my opinion.
