The best price for rental of road bikes in town! Super attentive staff and accommodating last minute changes. Will definitely keep attending to this store

I contacted the shop 2-3 months ahead of my visit to Switzerland to rent a road bike: I had seen on their website that the bike I wanted to rent had a single chainring (in the website photo), so I asked them if they had another bike with double chainring (since I was planning on doing several days of mountain climbs). They replied saying that ALL the bikes they rented had double chainring (including the one I was enquiring about), so I rented that one. To my surprise, on the collection day, I discovered that the bike had a single chainring. They tried to blame me saying that I rented the wrong bike despite having the email chain with their confirmation. Finally they suggested I took the only other rental bike they had available (size M instead of L, which is not ideal for someone who is 1.88m), which was booked by someone else for the next day. Luckily, in the end I managed to borrow a friend's bike, otherwise my whole trip would have been ruined. At least I got the money back. Wouldn't recommend.

Nicht zu empfehlen. Überteuert und schlechte Leistung. Meine Bremse von meinem Fahrrad war kaputt und ich ging Mitte Februar ins Geschäft. Der Verkäufer/Eigentümer? sagte mir, dass die Reparatur circa 100-120CHF kosten werde. Ein paar Tage später, was das Fahrrad fertig, es kostet doch nur" 90CHF

Das Unternehmen machte einen schrecklichen Eindruck. Ich hatte den negativen Eindruck, mit dem Verkäufer zu kommunizieren (oder war es der Eigentümer?). Ich würde niemandem raten, sich jemals mit dieser Firma zu befassen. Um jeden Preis alternative Optionen in Betracht zu ziehen, wäre meiner Meinung nach keine dumme Entscheidung. Ich denke nicht, dass der Service des Unternehmens das ist, was Sie im 21. Jahrhundert erwarten können. Das Unternehmen sieht sich nicht willkommen und interessiert an Kunden.As a bottom line the owner is a nationalist. (Screenshot has been saved).

Got my first gravel bike from them. Very happy with the service and advices. Beat took his time to explain the details and how it will be done. Very passionate about what he does. Very happy with custom made bike, great swiss egineering know how. I can only recommend to have a look and a chat with Beat and his team.

Bike purchase in this shop was a mistake. 3 years after buying the bike and having opportunities to ride different bikes in the meantime, I can say that it is of rather low quality for the price. Frame spare parts are hardly accessible. I was never proactively notified of any delivery delays. Overall unsatisfying customer service. If you consider buying a road bike, better avoid and go for other brands.

TOP 1A Beratung und Erschöpfende Auskunft , von Herrn Bühlmann , obwohl er keine Garantie hatte , dass ich bei Ihm was kaufe , wurden alle meine Fragen Geduldig und Ausführlich und ehrlich Beantwortet , obwohl ich Herrn Bühlmann böse mit Fragen gelöchert habe !Santa Monica Sports ( Herr Bühlmann ) ist für mich das Fahrrad - Geschäft meines Vertrauens und erste Anlaufstelle bei Fragen in Bezug auf das Fahrrad +Triathlon .Ich kann das Geschäft mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen !!!Was zu den schlechten Bewertungen zu Sagen ist :Empfehlungen und Ratschläge von einem Fachmann , sollte mann auchAnnehmen !!!Eigene Vorstellungen GEGEN den Rat eines Fachmannes Durchzustieren und dann anschliessend , wenn mann selber sieht , dass es nicht geht , dem Fachmann auch noch die Schuld für das Eigene Versagen zu Geben , ist einfach eine Bodenlose Frechheit !!!Verdient wesentlich mehr als 4,4 in Durchschnitts Bewertung !!!

Be careful having work done on your bike at the shop. I had the disc brake pads changed on my bike and made it 20 meters before there was a loud ping and the brake pads fell off! There was no remorse from the management, just stern comments about the other issues they thought needed fixing. Not recommended.---- Edit -----I'm fully aware the bike is not the best - I bought it used for the six months I'll be in Zurich. However, the newly installed brakepads falling out has nothing to do with the bike's condition. The manager even admitted that the pin they used was too short to hold them in.
