I’ve been solo travelling switz and many restaurants turned me away for a single pax cheese fondue. But cheese factory is so welcoming. The fondue is amazing!! Needless to say, the manager there is really a very kind guy who loves to converse with the diners and provides a top notch service.This is the place to go to for fondue if you are in zermatt.Amazing atmosphere, top notch service and top quality cheese fondue.

Wir waren eben zu fünft mit zwei kleinen Hunden bei Euch und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Essen hat uns sehr gut geschmeckt. Vielen lieben Dank für die schöne Bewirtung.

Delicious! Great friendly and helpful service. Buried in the back of a shopping center in the basement, it’s worth finding. Very cute Swiss interior and intimate ambiance. Herb fondue was cheesy and tasty, and incredible house made butter. Salad was large and very good! The chef showed us raclette which was unfamiliar to us and even made a plate for us. Highly recommend!

We had a nice time here. Great accommodations, quickly served .The fondue was pretty banal surprisingly: too salty and kids did not like it much because they felt too much the wine (we ordered a nature one).That is a bit of a disappointment for me.The decor and ambiance were great otherwise

Absolutely amazing fondue and raclette. We had the apricot liquor fondue and the herb in a split pot for 68 CHF total for 2 ppl. Totally worth it tho. The staff is iper friendly and speaks perfect English.

Loved the atmosphere of this place, and the food was great too.They allow one serving of cheese fondue to be shared amongst two people, and the flavour was not too overpowering for us.The cheesecake dessert paired with mandarin orange sorbet was a highlight and perfect way to end off our meal.

Fondue is awesome here. One of the best one I tried so far. Price is pretty high here but food is decent. One upset things is overpriced hot chocolate.. 12 CHF for 1 cup is a bit too much. Server are friendly and kind

Excellent fondue. All the positive reviews are well deserved. Had the dual fondue- natural and herb. Plenty of bread but added potatoes and vegetables to accompany. Highly recommend.
