Flughafen Basel Mulhouse Freiburg

Nice airport, friendly staff, everybody seems to speak French, German and English. Good food and coffee offering, clean bathrooms, etc.

Meine Erfahrung am Flughafen Basel Mulhouse war leider nicht optimal. Der Flughafen ist sehr klein und unübersichtlich, was zu Verwirrung führen kann, vor allem wegen der beiden Länder-Eingänge.Nach der Sicherheitskontrolle war ich enttäuscht, dass es keine Geschäfte oder ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten gab. Das machte das Warten auf meinen Flug ziemlich unangenehm.Ein weiterer negativer Punkt war der Weg zum Flugzeug. Statt eines bequemen Gangways musste ich über die Rollbahn laufen, was besonders bei schlechtem Wetter unangenehm sein kann.Die Parkmöglichkeiten waren auch begrenzt, da es nur Freiluft-Parkplätze gab. Das fand ich nicht ideal, besonders wenn man einen Langzeitparkplatz sucht.Außerdem war ich nicht beeindruckt von den öffentlichen Verkehrsanbindungen. Der Bus vom Bahnhof zum Flughafen war überfüllt und unangenehm, vor allem wenn man viel Gepäck hat.Alles in allem, der Flughafen Basel Mulhouse hat noch Verbesserungspotenzial. Ich hoffe, dass in Zukunft mehr Annehmlichkeiten für Reisende hinzugefügt werden, um den Aufenthalt angenehmer zu gestalten.

Functional and practical, very busy and efficient.But queues can be slow to move at times, especially if the airport is busy, which it can get as its a small airport but serving three different countries. And not a huge amount of shops, restaurants or bars in the airport.Good service via bus to Basel city, bus is very regular and it only takes about 20 minutes or so to get to the Swiss city.Interesting that it is an airport with a border, one can walk into France from Switzerland within the airport itself!

The airport is clean and well maintained. Good public transportation connection to the city. Bit congested at the security checks. And not many seats available at each gate.

Dieser Flughafen bedient die Schweiz, Deutschland und Frankreich. Klein, Ruhig meistens wenig Reisende. schnelle Bedienung. Schnelle Gepäck Abfertigung und Sicherheit- Kontrollen. Sauber und übersichtlich. Genügend Parkplätze sind auch vorhanden.

The airport is a lot smaller than expected which makes it easy to navigate through and get out quickly and through security. What is lacking is a choice of retailers and restaurants to choose from after security. Duty free was a decent size. Seating could have been in better condition. Overall a pleasant experience.

Immigration very fast. Choose French or Swiss track.Today my luggage took 45 min to collect.Was flying Turkish Airlines.It seems airport service is a little down.If you are heading Basel, best is to take a taxi of about 35-45 CHF.10 min almost the distance between airport and the city.

Small airport on border between France, Germany and Switzerland... It's close to the city only 4km, with bus number 50 you come to Basel Banhof and return... The journey is about 20min... Ticket is about 5 euro...The airport always when I fly its not so busy... There is not much thing to do on airport but you have exchange office, duty free shop and small kiosk... And what I say city is close and if you long wait better to go to city where you have plenty of options to waste your time between flights...From here you have much cheap flights to and from lot destination... All recommendations for flying from here

Tolle Lounge mit Aussensitz. Einfache Wege und äußerst nette Mitarbeiter. Leider ist die Bus Überdachung nicht ausreichend und die Bänke werden nass vom Regen.
