Gegen mich wurde ermittelt (Verfahren eingestellt), allerdings habe ich dadurch erfahren, dass Bity die Ermittlungsbehörden sehr schnell und großzügig mit Daten über ihre Kunden versorgt. Und dass, obwohl das Unternehmen in der Schweiz sitzt!

Vorsicht! Ich bin dort Kunde und die haben eine Transaktion beim Verkauf von Ether gecancelt und nun meine Ether im Wert von mehreren 10.000€ in ihrem Wallet. Die zahlen nicht zurück, haben meine Aufforderung zur Rückzahlung erst angeblich nicht verstanden und reagieren seit 6 Tagen gar nicht mehr.

Équipe très sérieuse et réactive. Leurs ATM avec transactions bidirectionnelles sont très pratiques. c'est appréciable que la plateforme fasse des efforts d'éducation" envers ses utilisateurs

Première opération passée sans souci, mais moins bien rapide pour la deuxième effectuée le même jour (un vendredi après-midi). La transaction est restée bloquée plus de 48H (en terme de jours ouvrables) pour des raisons inexpliquées. Troisième opération comme la première, très bien.

Intransparenter Wechselkurs. Ich habe schon mehrmals bei Bity über die Bankeinzahlung Bitcoin gekauft. Das war jeweils ein viel schlechterer Kurs als der, der bei Bity angezeigt wird. Was an Gebühren noch weg geht wird nicht mitgeteilt. Schlussendlich hatte ich einen rund 8 % schlechteren Kurs als den aktuellen Tageskurs.

Ils annoncent répondre en 1 jours.. Aujourd'hui est le 3 ième jour et j'attends toujours. Et concernant les pièces d'identité que j'ai envoyé en copie ainsi que le formulaire due ment rempli... J'attends aussi toujours. Ils ont vraiment un manque de personnel la ba. Très déçu comparé aux d'autre site.

They didn't understand what matters in CryptoCurrency trading.But what?First and mostly the very un-comprehensive and complex registration process. Sure they changed a few things in registration process recently, but it is still complicated and takes too long.Why dont just use a simple online form and at the end, every use has to print a summary to sign and scan/send by letter?It could have been so easy.In trading time matters most - they can't and wont react quick.So in conclusion they don't make a good impression, a few other recessions agree with this.
