Von Igoumenitsa nach Ancona- Das Schiff hatte eine längere Verspätung als angegeben.- Die Sauberkeit auf dem Schiff lässt zu wünschen übrig. Lüftungsschlitze in der Bar waren voller Schmutzt und Staub.- In der 2er Kabine auf dem Sofa war ein grosser Milbenbefall von welchem ich 2 Wochen danach immer noch Stiche habe welche zu sehen sind.- Der TV in der Kabine hatte keine Funktion, dies war wie ich bei der Reception gesehen habe bei diversen Kabinen der Fall.Dies ist grundsätzlich nicht befriedigend wenn die Leute für etwas bezahlen und dann so etwas erleben müssen.

We booked our trip with minoan lines from Ingoumenitsa to Venice online, the option camping on board was not available so we had to take a quite expensive cabin.One day prior to departure we got emails that the ferry would be delayed, in the end it was 7 hours delayed and we had to camp at the pier the whole night.The swimming pool on the ferry was closed, the internet point, wifi and the discotheque as well. We saw a crew member piss on the floor in the garage. The whole ship was not too clean anyway.The on deck bar uses plastic straws, plastic cups and plastic snack wrapings - they all end in the sea with the wind. Tragic!4 hours prior to arrival in Ancona all passengers were informed that Ancona would be the final destination and the ship would not continue ti Venice. Nobody got more information as to why this was happening, staff at the reception gave no answers and they had no name tags, gave no help, just told us to call custommer service.We also had to leave the cabins for there were already being cleaned, so we did not even get to sleep in the bed we paid for and had to wait 3 hours on deck until arrival, because for safety reasons it is forbidden to wait infront of the reception"Everybody on the ship was frustrated
