Swiss Hotel Apartments-Lugano

L'appartement est en soi très beau et très luxueux, dommage que le service clients soit déplorable!!J'ai eu le malheur d'oublier un pull dans la salle de bains. J'ai envoyé un email qui n'a pas eu de réponse, j'ai donc dû insister!!! Le type m'a dit qu'ils n'avaient rien trouvé, sachant que je ne suis pas folle et sachant exactement l'endroit où je l'ai oublié, je lui ai dit dit qu'un employé l'avais donc forcément gardé pour lui. Il m'a assuré que les employés sont triés méticuleusement, et en travaillant les Ressources Humaines, je peux témoigner qu'un BON CV et des références ne sont en AUCUN CAS une garantie!!! Il faut arrêter de prendre les clients pour des idiots!!Vous avez malheureusement préféré croire vos employés malhonnêtes que vos clients, tant pis, je ne reviendrai jamais!!!!

Purtroppo ho soggiornato solo una notte, ma è stato tutto perfetto. Luogo pulito, silenzioso, a pochi passo dal centro, personale disponibile e cordiale. Nell'appartamento è presente un kit di benvenuto comprensivo di tutto. Posto super consigliato!!

Appartement Wechsel, Doppelte Bezahlung, Rückerstattung nur auf mehrmalige Nachfrage. Früchte nicht geliefert und nicht zurückerstattet. Stechender Geruch aus Lüftung Badezimmer.

سكنت في شهر شهر مايو ، الشقق فخمة وفيها كل شيء وحتى شطاف في الحمام اكرمكم الله ، وما قصر صاحب الفندق الاخ مريد وكان متعاون في كل خدمة جزاه الله خير .

Absolut empfehlenswert! Unkomplizierte und freundliche Kommunikation. Zentral gelegen und sehr sauber und modern. Kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Modern und schön eingerichtet freundliches Personal es hatte alles was es braucht. Gut eingerichtet inklusive Klimaanlage.

TLDR; very nice apartment but the whole booking / check-in process was quite a hassle.The apartment itself was in excellent condition: very clean, tidy, well-equipped, spaceous, modern. The location is very close to the center and the staff on site was professional. However, the check-in process and the administration were very poor.* After completing the online reservation, I was overwhelmed with around 6 or 7 mails with requests for some more extensive personal information, receipts, rules and what not - way too much administration for a one night stay.* In order to enter the building / garage, one has to check in via some custom platform that uses wifi and geotracking. This neither worked on my phone nor my partner's phone (both up do date, one Android and one iPhone) so we had to call the reception (no timely response from the direct contact provided in the app, so had to look for a phone number that was also hard to find - probably in one of the 7 mails). Might have been a real issue if no one was available at the reception.* As another person wrote below, I was also charged twice, which I only found out by accident several weeks after the stay. Wrote two mails a few days apart, got no response. Then phoned directly to the apartment managers. A day later the money was back, but did not get an apology neither by mail nor via phone - very disappointing.

Très bel appart hôtel , le personnel est extrêmement sympathique et serviable. Je conseille très fortement.Nous avons passé un week-end en famille. L'appartement était confortables et très bien équipé. Tout pour se sentir comme à la maison.L'hôtel est à quelques minutes à pied jusqu'au lac de Lugano.
