Ich habe mein iPhone vorbeigebracht, um die Scheibe reparieren zu lassen. Mir wurde gesagt, dass die Reparatur innerhalb von 30 Minuten fertig sei. Dabei ist ihnen anscheinend irgendein kaputter Chip aufgefallen, und mir wurde versprochen, dass ich mein Handy nach einer Woche wieder holen könnte. Nach dieser Woche wurde ich vertröstet und mir wurde vorgeschlagen, nach ein paar Tagen wiederzukommen und mein iPhone abzuholen. Das ganze Szenario wiederholt sich jetzt seit 5 Wochen, und ich verliere langsam die Hoffnung, mein Telefon je wiederzusehen.

My Iphone did not charge any more. I arrived saturday evening 5.40 pm. Desk should be closed in 20 minutes. I asked Elina to help me as I was traveling by bicycle from Holland to France and the phone was my live line and navigation. Shehelped me far after the shop was officially closed. She tried every possible solution. Regretfully the phone was so damaged and could not be repaired. I was very happy with the customer oriented approach of Elina. She was friendly and well skilled and did far more than I could have expected to help me. Fantastic. Very much appreciated.
