We are currently without hearing because they broke it this summer. We ask to send someone to repair it. THEY COME TWICE. Problem still not solved and although they say they are available for emergency on the weekends they are still not replying. Unbelievable. It's 16 degrees at home and no one is helping. Totally unprofessional and unable to do their job.Reply: ok so a temperature of 16 degrees at home in winter in Geneva it's not an emergency for you.By the way, turns out the ventilation also emits cold water because one of your employees closed the valve and now the whole floor has cold air entering from the ventilation. Rue des caroubiers 23 is the building and I stand for my review since whoever from the company came to fix" the heating was clueless on what to do and actually created problems on the whole floor."

Pas de professionnalisme, rdv 15:00 annulé a 15:45 irrespectueux. J ai pris ma demi journée pour rien et je dois reprendre une autre demi journée … Mauvaise communication mauvais contacte avec le responsable qui s en fiche que tous les radiateurs d un appartement ne fonctionnent pas … il a une autre urgence … combien de chauffagiste dans cette société ? Un seul ???????? Pas assez pour dépanner les clients . Laisse à désiré.Je vous déconseille cette boîte ! Pour moi imposée par la régie!!!!sinon je serais allé ailleurs…

Terrible service. Wrong size of radiator delivered in our main bedroom (still not replaced months later), damage done in one of the bathroom, delay in delivering radiators, and finishings of one of the radiators still not done, almost 5 months later. An appalling service with no follow up despite many emails from us.

Travail bien mais ils ont une fâcheuse tendance à alourdir la facture.

A rather dodgy company hired by my regie to take care of the heating system in the building. They cannot deliver a full temperature report for 10 months since last January. Constantly change their view on whether they have it or not. Avoid like plague.
