J’ai loué mon matériel de snowboard chez Mountain Air à Verbier. Je ne conseille pas du tout la compagnie pour du matériel de snow, j’ai reçu une planche qui datait de 10 ans avec des fixations du même âge. Ensuite, j’ai demandé pour un échange qu’on m’a accordé (ils sont très flexibles sur ce point, ce qui est très positif) mais la planche que j’ai reçu ne correspondait pas à mon niveau.Par contre, j’ai des amis qui ont loué du matériel de ski là-bas, ils ont été très satisfaits, mais je déconseille vivement pour les snowboarders.Vu le prix que j’ai payé pour la location du matériel, je suis déçu, il vaut mieux louer dans d’autres magasins qui proposent du meilleur matos de snow et moins cher.

Terrible, costly experience. Nick, the boot fitter, regards himself as some sort of mercurial individual; he is the smartest person in the room, and you should shut up and be mesmerised by his brilliance and his observations. Unfortunately, the reality is that he is rude, abrupt and unhelpful, and, more importantly, gave me a terrible boot fit.Despite paying top dollar for Dalbello boots and Intuition liners, the fitting was an unbearably painful experience. Was told something to the effect of it's meant to hurt". Cue multiple trips to the shop to try and improve the situation

Very Friendly and knowledgeable staff. My new ski boots (from another shop) were causing pain and they knew exactly how to fix the problem. Fantastic service.

The lady at the front desk was helpful and tried to help me fix my board. However the manager in the repair section was dishonest and rude. I had requested black ptex on my snowboard and they incorrectly used white and refused to fix their mistake. I asked for it to be changed, and they insisted that they can’t do it for free, even after i paid 75 francs and the mistake was theirs. Avoid this shop.

Great shop; very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Had a great experience with my family last winter. Was no problem to let my daughter change her skis after a few days as she improved.

The rental side was pretty good, all the people were helpful there but avoid the store like the plague. I bought some snowshoes which they didn’t let me try before buying and they had no trial pairs available so you’re basically buying blind. I tried them on and they didn’t fit properly so I brought them back to return them and they wouldn’t take them because the paint had a tiny chip. All of the equipment they sell is used on the snow and you’re gonna be buying blind with no returns allowed so buy at your own risk.

We stayed at W for four days, just across the street, and rented different skis every day. The equipment was very good, and service excellent. In the Premium option we had best skis 3 days, snowboard (too much snow for skiing) one day, as we well as loads of fun on a night sledge run.We especially appreciated the staff at the rental shop, as they helped us greatly with the choice, and I would like to thank them for their overall we help first and ask questions later" attitude.Thank you Alessio
