Mr Alici, une crème, super patient malgré mes erreurs. Problème reglé en 2 minutes ! (NIP access App)Juste prévoir un peu de temps pour faire la queue s'iel y a un peu de monde

Je n'ai jamais vu autant d'incompétence et de manque de professionnalisme durant une procédure d'ouverture de compte. C'est tout simplement cosmique.J'espère que je vais avoir l'occasion de changer d'opinion rapidement et je modifierai ma note avec plaisir le cas échéant !

Absolutely pathetic that you don't indicate on your website and other sites that mention your opening hours that the day before a public holiday you are closed an hour earlier! Coming from abroad, this can only lead to serious disruptions, the repercussions of which you cannot even imagine. This is very annoying when you know the price of your services!

Après une demande d'ouverture de compte sans permis de travail que le conseiller n'a pas accepté. J'ai demandé une ouverture de compte avec un dépôt. Demande acceptée mais avec un conseiller différent. Je ne sais pas trop quoi en penser

Service and quality are dependent on the character of the organization and on the individual personnel therein. Our appointment was to determine what we should do regarding bank accounts after we married and to explore investments. We were assisted by Mr Mickael Nadar, private client advisor. He is a very engaged young man, who obviously likes his job and likes to interact with people. He was respectful, clear and straight forward in his explanation of what to do, as well as what the bank can offer us and what not. He was happy to refer us to other persons who might be able to answer some questions better and encouraged us to come without an appointment for some services which could be handled more conveniently for us in that way. We can recommend asking for Mr Nadar as a private client advisor.
