Livit is one of the worse Régies you can have in Geneva at least in my building in Eaux Vives. Myself and all neighbours I spoke with have the same feeling they just dont care. All is super formal and every time you need something it feels like they are doing you a favour. I have had multiple issues in my building and they get fixed in the end after a lot of issues and hassle I guess that is positive. Currently have an issue with my internet 3 weeks later still not resolved.Best is to try and avoid any contact with this people as they just dont want to work.

A prime location, 57 Rue du Rhone, Geneva - managed by Livit - but I LIVE-IT in the opposite of a prime location with good service. It is the worst building management I ever had sign a contract with; in any city of the World: HK, SG, Shanghai, Sydney, London, Bangkok.... to name but a few.Livit has a fundamental wrong service orientation, especially with building management: They don't know how to be warm, polite and they don't even know how to make rules with their contractor when there are any defects or any renovation of the building. This building has been renovated for the past 3 years, as I moved into this apartment a month before the renovation began - though the house agent department of Livit never mentioned this major renovation. Otherwise, we would never consider this building or the rental rate would not be so high if a major renovation was mentioned. It was dirty, dusty (oh hell), noisy, some windows still can not work or could be open as a window after the renovation ... and the lift always broke down. I've been stuck in the lift twice with my dog (once took nearly 15 mins). It was continually nuisances with the renovation with no date of the completion, which caused us physically and mentally ill since June 2019. I have been writing to the management who was in charge, Vasse, but often delayed reply or pass it over to another person or department, no one wants to take any responsibilities and always said Covid.... ... I’ve already given up writing to them. So do not use LIVIT, you will LIVE-the-hell-of-it.

They post on Monday a new flat for rent with the option to visit only on Friday end of the day. After visit I applied next Monday. I called Wednesday to know if they received my application. They told on the phone that they already accepted one file. They accept in 48 hours? It looks like they had already someone in mind and that the visit day is just a formality. That's why the publish the new location on Monday and it looks like they are reviewing all files in in week. Looks very strange. Not transparent at all.

Terrible customer service, extremely difficult if not impossible to reach the property manager. Queries get transferred like in a call center, and ultimately no one takes responsibility. Perfect choice if you never need the Regie to perform any action.

Highly unprofessional. Went to visit a flat only to be told that it had been rented out. A distraught woman who had travelled from Lausanne had been assured by Livit Geneva that the flat was still available a couple of hours before the visit. Branch manager Mr Sébastien Gloor should be ashamed of himself.

Excellent professional service! Accommodating and fast in replying. All that I was warned about dealing with the Regie did not apply to Livit SA. I rented for one year, moved in an out without any hassle. Thanks!
