The worst employee you could deal with: LEONARDO.I don’t know where to start, but he is someone who should definitely not work in customer service. Sometimes, and specially when you’re in a city for the first time, you need people to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. He did nothing but make us feel uncomfortable (with a smile), cancelled our booking and ruined our plans.

Alquilamos un carro en octubre del 2022 y la atención y servicio fueron excelentes, el sr que nos realizó el contrato sabe hablar español y además es súper amable facilitando todo el proceso. El carro estaba en muy buenas condiciones, en general muy buena experiencia.

J'ai eu de la chance que Leandro, le Brésilien, s'occupe de nous. C'était un professionnel, il nous a aidés, il a expliqué, il était sympathique, il nous a donné une attention parfaite. La prochaine fois que je dois louer, je sais où aller. Donc, avec ces employés, l'entreprise gagne.

Merci à Mélissa pour son accueil généreux! Notre train de Lyon avait plus d’une heure de retard dimanche en fin de journée et nous avions encore deux heures de route à faire, mon fiston de trois ans et moi. Je n’avais même pas pensé à vérifier les horaires ! Hé bien, cette femme consciencieuse y avait à ma place! Je nous voyais déjà devoir chercher un endroit pour dormir, avec tout nos bagages, seul avec un gamin déjà très fatigué... hé bien Mélissa nous a sauvé notre arrivée en Suisse. Elle nous avait attendu et préparer une belle Skoda Kamiq, toute nouvelle, dans’ la catégorie’ Vw Polo...! Encore un tout grand merci à elle! On reviendra.
