Ana was extremely helpful in sourcing a number of difference candidates for me. Unfortunately some of these fell through, but she quickly found alternatives and we found a wonderful nanny. Ana then helped me through all the stages of ensuring our contract was set up on time. I was extremely grateful for her help as this was the first time I had employed a nanny!

After telling me in July, the would not work in August, they did respond with a CV in August with someone who would not work in Zurich, where the mandate was for someone in Zurich. Then, they tell me about a great CV, someone in their 40s, when the CV came, it was a year out of date, the person was not in their 40s, but in their 60s. Then, when I complain, the fire me. I think the real answer is they oversold their ability to recruit for all of Switzerland when they are a Geneva based company and they should be applauded for sloppiness (if you take a commission of more than a month salary and want a deposit in advance), you don’t get that luxury.

A very professional way to source and select candidates. We were presented with candidates in a structured and formal way, and were able to select a very good nanny within a short timeframe. It is an expensive service, but a very good solution to be presented only with pre-screened and suitable candidates meeting your exact requirements. Very helpful and responsive.
