J'avais pris rdv online pour un rapid-test avant de retourner aux US et le test se deroule bien avec une infirmiere tres sympa. Elle me donne le numero de la hotline en cas de probleme et me promets que je vais recevoir mon resultat dans 20-30 min. (apres la fermeture du centre). 1 heure apres toujours pas de resultat et la hotline est surchargee" ..... Mon check-in time le lendemain est 8h du matin donc a 7h j'appelle

service de très très mauvaise qualitécar ils sint écrie mal informations, aucun contact avec le patient, c'est très cher pour un service aussi mauvais, je n'ai jamais eu autant de mal après un test covid comme avec cet hôpital.ne vous faites pas de mal en allant a SYNLAB Genève

Le client n'est rien du tout chez eux ! Service trop mauvais pas de bon contact, on vous déconseille ce centre

There were problems in 3 out of the 4 times I went over the past year. Either there's a typo in the name, an error on the email address, an error on the mobile number, etc... The result is that one always has to go back and complain and eventually you get the report with the correct information.

Did a PCR test as a tourist for a flight home. The personnel speaks no English. Since all the paperwork is done by hand, they made 3 typos in my name and email.I missed the flight, because the misspelled certificate was sent to a wrong email.

I must say the issuing of the certificate went quite smoothly; it arrived within approximately one hour after the test (both on the phone and on my email address) and there were no mistakes in the name/data. However, the test was very painful. I had asked in advance to do the swab delicately as my nose is sensitive, but the staff still did it in an unjustified powerful way. During the process I have made very clear that it was hurting, but it triggered no change in behaviour. I have had dozens of swabs since the COVID pandemic started, but I have never experienced such an unpleasant situation.
