Staff is pushy and didn’t appear very knowledgeable. However, the store does carry great watch brands - but I wouldn’t want to buy my next watch from them.

Be careful and do not go there...way too expensive, lack of sales recommendation, zero advise, and plenty of fees to add on top of the showing prices ( exchange rate, VAT, etc ....)

I wish I listened to the reviews on here, but I thought I would give them a try.Avoid this place, the sales people have no close what they’re selling (didn’t know what lume was and when I asked if the IWC bronze would patina over time, again not a clue).I bought a FC, they wrote the wrong serial number on the warranty card (9 digits when it’s a 7 digit serial number). No booklets in the box.What’s worse is that after writing to their customer service, they claim that their colleague gave me everything (one line reply without addressing any of my specific questions).Yes they have a good range but they’re amateurs all through to their customer service.

Very rude saleswoman. Just because I am a young lady she didn’t even look at me, when some old men entered in the shop she immediately show up asking if they need help. If you want a nice watch better going in the city center.
