First contact very positive, we communicated our specific needs very clearly. The confirmed the could get the brand we are looking for in the deadline needed. We had an opening planned and we're thrilled they could help.They ordered the GN containers from their supplier, didn't control when they received that it was the right brand, and sent it to us. We received the wrong products which delayed our opening by two days.When asked for a small gesture for the damages caused, they had no sympathy and proposed to take back the merchandise. Doing so would have delayed us even further, so we kept the material and found another way.Disappointing since they came recommended, we are a medium-sized company that has regular needs in the gastronomy industry, and would have been happy to give them another try if they made more of an effort to solve the issue. I will have to think twice before ordering from them again.Be aware if you have specific needs, their attention to detail and customer resolution is lacking.
