TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDEDFast service. Except that everything else is totally unprofessional. They dont speek any other language than swiss-german, the lady at the reception didn't even say hello, she was eating something during service (no mask of course -april 2021)and she showed me the price on a paper. The POS machine (carte payment) was not working so her reaction was : ''Go to the ATM machine to get some cash''. I remind that we are in Switzerland at 2021. Well. If you want to feel as a piece of meat with a wallet you can go there, if not check somewhere else.Avoid this company, I'm sure there is other, more professional, or even park the car at the train station and take the train. Practically the difference is small anyway.TOTALLY NOT RECOMMENDED

Accueil très froid, ne dit même pas bonjour. Laisse la porte ouverte et la voiture congèle à l'intérieur. Stressant, c'est au client de se dépêcher quand ils sont eux-mêmes mal organisé. Service PITOYABLE !!

I paid 11CHF per day for outdoor parking and took the train in to Zermatt. You will leave your key with them, but I found the car exactly the way I left it when I returned. You can save some money parking here over the terminal. Staff was friendly and spoke English.

Une mauvaise expérience de service. Personne à l'accueil. Après avoir appelé, une dame peu chaleureuse arrive en vélo. Elle parle ostensiblement en allemand en marquant bien un accent suisse. Elle refuse la carte alors qu'un terminal trône sur le comptoir. Face à nos questions elle nous indique, toujours en allemand, le chemin d'un DAB...Pour finir elle enfourche son vélo et repart sans nous saluer...C'est bien dommage parce que l'accueil avait été fort sympathique...

THIS PARKING IS NO EDEN. This park house was recommended by my hotel. I would AVOID AT ALL COST on my next visit as they're NOT PROFESSIONAL.First of all, upon arrival back to pick up my car, as I was loading my luggages onto the car, I noticed the TAXI METRO driver standing behind with his wallet opened like he couldn't wait to get paid (in cash with no receipt). I got no help loading the luggages onto my car which I think is standard for taxis especially in this one of world's the most premier ski resorts. VERY UNCLASSY. And by the way, they LEFT THE TRUNK WIDE-OPEN the whole time they took my car out til my return for pick-up. I didn't see them do it to the other car picked up immediately after us. I mean, Hello! How much dusts could have gone inside my car?! I sarcastically asked the parking manager if he left my car like that for 3 days and he said of course not, he didn't quite understand and just brushed it off saying your car is good as new. I was paying inside the office while my family's outside waiting near the car.The PROBLEM started shortly thereafter, as I made my payment and walking out to my car, my wife noted a HUGE GASH on the REAR-LEFT BUMPER, with some fresh paint chipped off the other car. When my wife first pointed it out to the owner of the Parking Eden, he first denied saying how do i know it wasn't there before you parked here?". I mean seriously? You're saying I don't know my own car? He was quick to point out that the receipt states that the parking is not liable for any damages sustained while the vehicle is parked at their premises. So as I was saying to my wife on the side that this was BS

wollten heute abend mit 4 personen von st. niklaus nach grächen ein taxi nehmen, (auf googel kam das taxi metro als erstes) , da wir hier ein skiwochenende machen, naja was soll ich sagen für ein weg von 11 minuten mit dem taxi hätten wir 120 franken zahlen sollen , lächerlich!
