I have been with Sunrise for over 5 years now and never had any disappointments. Every year I receive gifts for my fidelity (like extra GBs) and whenever I have an issue/questions, both the personal assistants in the Sunrise stores or those ones assisting you by phone are polite, welcoming, helpful, and even funny. I'm very happy with you!

They dont answer the phone after 30 minutes of trying. Stay away from this company I called to cancel my WiFi in advance because I was moving and they are making me waste 250 chf for something I am not using saying I didn't request to cancel in advance this is a blatant lie and there is no way for me to prove they are lying. I wouldn't recommend. Almost impossible yo cancel a contract they lie and mislead.
