Unfortunately, appointments booked through Treatwell are NEVER kept. There are always extreme delays. The nails are basically done professionally and beautifully - but not always. Sometimes they do not have the same length, shape and also the color is not applied beautifully everywhere. I have been a customer since August 2022 until today, but will now change - what I was offered today is not possible! I was told by Jeff he had already called me two days ago and told me to come together with my mother at 11.00 instead of 10.00 o'clock. Problem: I didn't receive a call. When asked about this, he said I should just come with my mother next time.
