Yoga practice is comprehensive and holistic, consciously built up, even that is enough to make me look forward to the events.But more than that, Zsuzsi constantly and reflectively follows and helps everyone's condition and draws attention whether for the usefulness of an exercise or for a little awareness, a change in everyday life.Each session calms my mind, fills with energy, and brings me back to the present.It provides a stable foundation for own practice or a quick relaxation during the day.

Yoga Home and Zsuzsana are the reasons why I started my path trough yoga... It was intense, an intense atmospheare in the studio and a very deep experience, every time I spent a little bit after the class drinking a tea with Zsuzsi and talking anout interesting topic...From all of that I understud that yoga could be a world to deepen and deepen... A therapy for ourselves and to give to the others. And in my way I found that but also it was hard because yoga is a very big world, feeling never catching all, but also feeling that my first impression and experience with Zsuzsi it's never come back, never experienced a teacher that passionate me like her ! :) I suggest to study with her... When I started to practise yoga with Zsuzsi a few years ago I had a few health issues and I couldn't get pregnant. When I finished her women yoga class my problems solved and I gave birth to a healthy little boy. She is really kind, skillfull and wise, her classes are great and really useful. I am glad I found her.
