The intention of this review is in hope that there will be an improvement in service and overall experience. I was unhappy with the manicure received, the worst paint job i have ever had, with bubbles formed and smudges really an ugly job done with regular nail polish, they even had to redo some nails and still messed it up. my nails are short and not long in anyway it was meant to be a simple task, that took forever and still looked horrible after i showed them, the lady just looked at me as if to say why complain just pay. I payed a total amount and felt robbed, had a wax too, many patches of hair not removed especially around my knee, I have had ingrown hairs due to the way in which i was waxed also. I also had a set of eyelashes and the result was good but the person who did them was unable to communicate with me, also not wearing gloves or a mask being so close to my eyes made me feel uncomfortable so i asked and was ignored. I paid a full very expensive price for what i received and tis made me feel robbed. I can only ask for this establishment to please improve on all levels of communication and quality of service and please improve the sanitary and hygiene in your rooms.

The place looks really good. I was very impressed to see they have a customer box" system where they save the materials for you to use next time - really great no waste solution. However

I went there on the 30th of May to get my nails done for prom. I had a horrible experience. I showed the man doing my nails a photo of what I wanted beforehand, and he got everything completely wrong. I wanted a ballerina shape, he gave me square. I wanted a pearl white colour, and he was unable to do what I wanted even though he told me he could. He made the shape of the nails way too thick. Overall, it was just done horribly. I used to be a frequent costumer but after this I won't be coming back there. He not only messed it up but was also stressing me out about it, and at that point I just wanted to leave. He made 3 of my fingers bleed because of how roughly he was doing them. I was still expected to pay full cost even though they completely messed it up. Overall, I would recommend anyone to go somewhere else to get their money's worth.

Toller Service, organisierte und freundliche Leute. Ich mache mir ein Bild von dem, was ich herunterkommen möchte. Linh hat sehr darauf geachtet, Farben und Formen zu mischen, damit meine Nägel schön und fantastisch aussehen! Sie ist sehr schnell und professionell.

Yes, I am sure it was your salon. I came in 3 weeks ago for shellac removal and a quick manicure which you charged me CHF50 for. My nails started breaking within a week as they were so thin due to the machine you used to remove the shellac. I have only just thought to put a review because the damage is so bad I don't want others to experience the same.

Ich habe 140fr bezahlt für Pediküre und Maniküre, der Gellack ging an den aussenseiten darüber sowie hatten sie Blattern und es war nicht eben. Sie gaben es an meinen Nagel schuld, obwohl ich mehrmals dort war und es niemals so aussah. Nicht mal eine Vergünstigung haben sie angeboten bei so schlechten Gellack. Ich war gar nicht zufrieden, mein letztes Mal.

I am really happy with the service here, I do regularly manicures, pedicure and lashes.

I've been going to HL Beauty Nails for over a year. Can highly recommend this studio - I prefer Luca! The studio is clean, organized, customer oriented - I'm always satisfied with the consciousness, professionalism and efficiency - one can only be satisfied! I highly recommend!
