Sushi Shop

Je déconseille de manger sur place !Cela faisait longtemps que je n'avais pas manger chez Sushi Shop et j'ai bien été déçue. Désormais, Sushi Shop met l'accent sur la vente à emporter au détriment de la partie restauration sur place.Je trouve scandaleux qu'en décidant de manger sur place avec l'objectif d'éviter les emballages à usages uniques : on finisse par boire dans des verres en carton et manger nos sushis dans leurs barquettes d'emballage même si elles sorte directement de la cuisine.Il serait grand temps d'envisager à réinstaller le service dans des assiettes et dans des verres lavables ! L'environnement en serait reconnaissant ainsi que les clients qui préfèrent largement manger dans un cadre plus respectueux.

La commande a été livrée avec les 3/4 des éléments manquant…comment est-ce donc possible pour une entreprise comme Sushi Shop avec des process bien établis et des livreurs internes? Le contenu de la commande est pourtant agrafée sur le sac. Quel manque de professionnalisme…

Super restaurante de sushi ! Nos sirvieron rápido y la comida estaba muy buena. Si que lo aconsejo si os gusta este tipo de comida

This is my first week at Switzerland and this place was exceptional. I had a patient waiter and he met all my needs. As I left the restaurant, he ran to give me my backpack which I accidentally left! I am super thankful for him. Try this place out!

Good service, interesting concept has sushi only the name and shape. The place is clean fast and expensive. I don’t understand why In a country that has such good bread and cheese anyone would eat here. But it wasn’t bad

Sushis de qualité, possibilité de prendre un menu à 26 ou 32 francs selon le choix de boite de sushis et donc selon leur quantité. Excellents sushis, Cheesecake et fondant au chocolat, je me suis régalée ! La bière y est excellente aussi !En outre, je n'ai pas apprécié la soupe qui manquait de goût.Petite musique d'ambiance super sympatique :)

You may read in detail as to why I very strongly advise against ordering from the Sushi Shop, rue du Vieux Collage, Geneve.We ordered 1 Salmon Box, 2 Veggie Platters, 2 Gyoza's vegetarian, 1 Yakitori Chicken, 1 California Roll, 1 Avocado Maki and 1 Sparkling Water. Believe it or not, they left out all the hot food in the order. The only things that were packed and delivered to us were the things that were ready and on display. While receiving the order, the employee (who was generally very courteous), when we began checking the order, told us we could trust him and didn't need to check out order. Unfortunately, we did trust him and did not check the order. The gyozas and the chicken yakitori were missing. The numbers provided on the website of the store were unreachable. It is almost half the order that was left out. While mentioned on our bill, the wasabi was also missed.On the quality of the food, the vegetarian sushi barring the avocado sashimi, was terrible. The salmon sushi was average and did not taste fresh. The avocado maki was good. The california roll was terrible and definitely not worth eating.I find it dishonest for a restaurant to leave out dishes they have charged for. I would ordinarily take responsibility for not having checked the bag there. However, he expressly stated that we did not have to check the order and could trust him". I can assume they have done this to other customers and think it's necessary to put it out there to fairly warn others who may order from here."
