Zenith is a brand with a brand heritage and history so interesting that a visit is a MUST for lovers of mechanical watches. The guided tour is very well designed. All the aspects of the manufacturing process of a watch will be explained and can be experienced during the tour, step by step. You will learn much more than what you expected and the history of the survival of the El Primero movement is worth knowing. Thank you to the Zenith team that made it possible and welcomed us with café and croissants.

Zenith is an awful company. I have never seen such horrible aftersale service. I'd say Zenith has no aftersale service at all! I bought their watch and needed guarantee repair in my country. Their local representative rejected to perform it despite of World guarantee. I wrote many E-mails to Zenith and received no respond! NO RESPOND AT ALL! By the way I also wrote an E-mail to their Parent Company LVMH with the same result: Absolute negligence.
