Ich kenne Cindy viele Jahre persönlich durch unsere Zusammenarbeit im Bereich Personaltraining, Ernährung und Supplementation.Abgesehen davon, dass sie eine unglaublich herzliche, warme und motivierende Person ist, sind Cindy ihr Reich Centurion Club Zurich, wo sie und ihr Team Ihre Personal Trainings geben sehr professionell.Der Centurion Club ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet es hat viel platz, tolle Geräte und vor allem viel Privatsphäre.Ich kann Cindy und den Centurion Club wärmstens empfehlen wenn man Personaltraining, Muskelaufbau, Ernährungsberatung, Begleitung und Gesundheits- und Rehatraining im Privaten Rahmen in der Stadt Zürich sucht. Ausserdem sind ihre Centurion Club Nutrition Supplements geschmacklich sowie qualitätstechnisch der Hammer.

If you are looking to train in a personal and relaxing atmosphere with top gym equipment, this is the place to be. I asked Cindy for a nutritional and work out plan. She first sent me some questionnaires that I had to answer as detailed as possible. This way Cindy was able to understand my life style, condition, goals etc. Within a few days, Cindy prepared the ideal optimized nutrition plan based upon the types of food I eat and set me up with my split routine with the equipment I have in my home gym. The plans are customized to my needs, are simple to follow and making it easy to meet both my nutritional and work out goals.It is not only fun to stick to the plan it also motivates me to be more strict, improve on a weekly basis, become stronger and see and feel the difference only after a few weeks.Thank you Cindy, can’t wait for the new plans next month!

Hello everyone, my name is Pierluigi Seno, I am Italian, more precisely Piedmontese.I am 46 years old and for 30 years now I have been struggling with my body. I had too much fat mass and despite various diets I have always reduced some body weight, but over the years every time I stopped a diet for a while I returned to my old weight and gained even more..I have been following Cindy for some years on social media. In addition to her exceptional external beauty I came to experience that she is a sweet, nice and helpful person. I discovered that she was also a nutritionist.I asked her for a nutrition plan and her opinion given her remarkable physique. After sending me a questionnaire with multiple questions to understand my body, how I eat in a typical week and what I do for work and physical activity I received a draft of how to organise my structure a few days later. I was able to give her feedbacks and Cindy took the time to make some changes on some food I didn't like. Her responses came back within a day and there was no delay and I was able to start the process immediately.On September 5th, I started the nutritional plan she gave to me, with a total body weight of 132.1 kg.On 5 October with 2 evenings insdie this month where I could not follow the plan because I attended parties, I got on the scale and weighed 119.5 kg, 12.6 kg less in a month!The amazing thing is that I am not hungry during the day and I feel as strong again as I did when I was 25.The second month I dropped to 114 kg, so another 5.5 kg less that add up the weight I lost in my first month, in total so far I lost 18.1 kg body fat.In this month (October 2022) I have celebrated my birthday over 4x evenings to celebrate with so many friends that I have, and practically in the last 12 days I have lost only 0.3 kg. My fault if I have not lost at least another 2-3 kg.I must be honest that in the nutritional plan that the beautiful Cindy advised me there was a 30 minute walk for the first month and 45 minutes from the second, for my laziness and for the increase in work due to the lack of sick staff I walked only 2 times.She also created a physical exercise plan to increase muscle mass and my plan is t in November, at the latest in December, by decreasing work in the factory that I can start my exercises and progress even more.All this happened thanks to the advice of Cindy who besides being a beautiful and very nice woman is a good nutritionist that I would recommend to everyone.A big kiss to Cindy for everything she has done for me, and advice to everyone to trust Cindy's professionalism.

Kleines feines Highend-Gym mit super Geräten und ganz wichtig für mich: keine Prolls und kein Gestöhne. Eine familienfreundliche Atmosphäre, wo ich mich nach einem stressigen Alltag auf mich fokussieren kann. Nach dem Schwitzen, gönne ich mir eine Dusche und einen leckeren CTN Proteinshake. Das Gym ist wunderbar zentral gelegen, so dass es vorher für einen Einkauf reicht und danach für ein kurzes Abendessen. Ich kann den Club wirklich nur weiter empfehlen, vor allem jenen, die sich langfristig entwickeln möchten. Ich freue mich auf die weitere Reise im Centurion Club!

Centurion Club is a five star private gym. Very clean, friendly yet professional atmosphere. Location is very good, I take the tram - only a few steps away from the stop. Cindy is truly dedicated to training and a great motivator. I look forward to my workouts when I visit.

I signed up for a 2 hour nutrition and PT session with Cindy. I was in town for just a few days and wanted to train and learn a little more about the right nutrition approach also. Cindy and her team were awesome. It was a super friendly and motivating environment, and I felt completely welcomed from the moment I arrived. I can honestly say, I learnt more in that 2 hours, about the right combination and balance of training and diet; than I have probably learnt in the last 20 years in totality. It was so worth it and I am extremely grateful for the very tailored and personal approach. I cannot recommend them enough - awesome team and thank you!

I have always considered Cindy a great professional fitness athlete. I am 36 years old and a martial arts trainer. a few weeks ago I made the decision to book a body check and training session at her gym in Zurich. I contacted Cindy, with the email listed on the website, and made an appointment.Cindy's gym is not a gym but it is the top gym, very clean, cozy and very private environment, privacy is 100% guaranteed.Cindy welcomes you in her gym, her creature, you feel that she is the patroness of the house she puts you at ease and starts to ask you why you are there and what are your goals (my goal is to lose weight and rebuild muscle mass lost with a completely wrong diet.) you want to achieve.Very important thing with her you should not lie you need to tell the truth.After talking for an hour or so, as if she were a longtime friend, about your daily routine and how much time you can devote to working out, she performs the body check.Done the body check explains to you all the information she has gathered.she welcomes you in the weight room and starts showing and explaining all the work she will do to reach your goal. the weight room is small but there is everything you need to train excellent machine.After 3 hours dedicated completely and to me, I can say that Cindy is unique her expertise blew me away and really very prepared.Cindy is a great professional and a great intelligent woman and she has a great human side that not everyone has.She is the best personal trainer I have ever met in my life.Congratulations indeed Cindyin these weeks i have lost more than 3kg of fat and increase my lean mass. i started sleeping well again and my body is reborn and active.one thing not very scientific I had to shorten the waistband of my pants by one hole.Thank you very much Cindy
