I had a wonderful experience with Charlotte.Her positive energy and kind demeanor created such a pleasant atmosphere throughout the entire consultation and I instantly felt very comfortable working with her.Although I had filled out a preliminary questionnaire, she took the time to listen to my preferences and desires again, ensuring that she fully understood what I wanted out of our session.It was evident that she truly cared about helping me find the perfect colors that would enhance my natural features and make me feel empowered, and provided lots of personalized recommendations accordingly. At the end of the session, I got a guidance book and my personalized color palette, as well as access to her Pinterest board with suggestions based on my own results. Good professional advice from Charlotte who is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Learned a lot about colours (as you'd expect) but also added bonuses such as make up application, local outlets/shopping spots. Recommended.
