Familiär, belebt, liebenswürdig, sensationelle Lage, sehr reichhaltiges Frühstück, sehr kleine Zimmer, tolle und sehr gut eingerichtete Aufenthaltsräume, Parkplatz weit weg (5 Min.), sehr viele Treppen, aber mit so viel Charme. Unbedingt wieder einen Besuch wert.

This hotel has a fabulous location, it’s beautiful. The balconies have wonderful views. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The place is clean and well organised. The breakfast is acceptable. But… for frequent travellers like me there are two simple top priorities in a hotel: do you sleep well and do you get a good shower in the morning? Unfortunately this hotel scores zero out of two. The bed was tiny, too small for an average adult. The pillow was awful. While the soundproofing to outside was effective, there was considerable noise transfer from the corridor and neighbouring rooms. As for the shower, I knew what I booked but I still wasn’t prepared for a tiny shower cubicle and adjacent toilet, shared between up to FIVE guest rooms. There’s one shower on each floor, in which they don’t even provide soap or shampoo. If you’re used to going camping, you probably don’t mind, but if you’re used to the basic amenities of even a budget hotel, you’ll be disappointed here. Final point: a jug of kept-warm coffee is provided at breakfast but if you want an espresso or cappuccino you have to go get it yourself from upstairs where there’s a basic automated coffee machine that you have to pay to use. Italy might be just across the lake but the coffee hasn’t made the trip over. Conclusion: lovely setting but overall there are much better nearby places at this price.

Auch nach x Besuchen: Einfach top mit einem tollen Ambiente und freundlichem Personal. Die Neuerungen im Aussenbereich auf dieses Jahr hin sind gelungen und definitiv ein Mehrwert.

Nice place with beautiful view on the lake to stay at, I recommend!However the check out is before 9:30 a.m. Which is a bit annoying. Also there is no soap in the shower.

Geniale lage, direkt am see. Wunderschöner Garten. Einfach, aber alles vorhanden, was man so braucht. sauber, freundlich, hilfsbereit. Ich komm immer wieder gerne hierher.

Super, mit direktem Zugang zum Meer, WLAN, Tischtennis, Kicker und sehr gutem Essen und natürlich auch viel Attraktionen in der Nähe

Sehr unfreundliche Service . Das Haus war gar nichts sauber, keine warme Wasser nur am morgen 30 Minuten zu nutzen sonst keine , das Heizung hat nichts funktioniert, sehr unfreundliche personal , empfehle ich Niemanden mit so eine teuere Kosten so eine platz zu nehmen,Unfreundliche Personal.

Wunderschöne Lage am See, sehr gute Küche, Personal sehr freundlich Zimmer sind sauber, sehr kinderfreundlich /familienfreundlich, man fühlt sich in christlicher Atmosphäre äussert wohl.
