Prévenu au dernier moment des travaux (2 jours avant) de changement de fenetre. Malgré un contact téléphonique avec le poseur, aucun arrangement possible pour la date (inversé les travaux de mon appartement et celui de ma voisine refusé). Je déconseille, aucune ouverture d'esprit et de compréhension

I've had two experiences with the company Ruffieux: one with a large oak and glass door and one with three pairs of wooden windows. The door was well built and the material used beautiful. The team that had it fitted did a half good job: they forgot to put the mastic in some places and left a piece of metal hanging, which that I had specifically asked to take out. When they came back to fix the windows, they did not mount the lock on the windows (a cantonal requirement) properly. I asked them to come fix it and they charged me 250CHF. As for the coating of the wood both on windows and door, there was none, meaning that I had to pay another company to come and coat the wood in order to protect it and ensure its longevity. I was also not particularly impressed by the tone of the last person who came measure the windows. All in all, a good work but only half finished, with is a shame for the price a tailor oak door and windows cost.
