I went to this shop to buy and apply a panzer camera protection glass for my iPhone 13 pro. As it was written on the box, I asked the shop operators to put the camera glass on. I waited a LONG TIME for my turn. Then the operator cleaned the camera and put the glass on. Then he put the case back on again. But he SUDDENLY tried to get the case out and the PROTECTING GLASS GOT SEPARATED VERY BADLY. He told me that it was because your case is not the best type. (My case is a transparent ORIGINAL APPLE case!!!) After such a harsh removal of the case, even part of the glass stick remained on the lens. Then he took my cellphone to another part of the store and he STRANGELY did not let me get there. I insisted to be there but he did not let me in. Finally, I asked one of his colleagues to let me in and they applied another glass on, but this time with some DUST below the glass. I ask them to remove that and I got out of there. I will NEVER get back there again. I definitely suggest you NEVER go there for buying and applying glasses of any type. I am super angry and super sad about what happened to my new iPhone and I am not sure if it has provoked some scratches on the lens. I simply suggest you NEVER get there for buying and applying protective glasses of any type. It was a TERRIBLE experience.
