It's a good theater in Lugano, Switzerland. The galleries are cozy and very comfortable. Both the sound and visual effects are found good. Picture quality and screen sizes are also pretty good. Sack, drinks, coffee etc are also available as usual. There is a student discount available on tickets. But the main problem is the language of the shows. Most of the movies, play here in Italian. Very less movies are played in English. It's a very big problem for the English speakers. Also those movies are played in English, come with either Italian or French subtitles, which is also very annoying to the English speaking audiences. There should be more movies played in English and with English subtitles or with No Subtitles. Otherwise everything looks satisfactory.

We watched the movie Lion King with a friend of ours. The place is very small and medium-sized and the only cinema located in Lugano. There are no much to offer in the Cinema to experience different cinematic affords. Very crowded. Just traditional single flavoured popcorn's. They should put afford to do better

This is the only place to watch films in town so you have no choice but to go here. The prices are insane Fr5 for a drink (coke,ice tea, ecc) popcorn is also really expenisve.Very rude staff and unorganized. I bought a ticket for Fr15.80 to watch deadpool 2 and then I was'nt allowed to watch it beacouse it was 2 months before my 16 birthday. If i could i would rate it 0 stars.

No air conditioning. If u r sitting for Avatar almost 4 hours... disaster. No air especially in last hour. )) And why it is not served at least hot-dogs? Popcorn is usual thing.

Rude and understaffed. We arrived 15 mins early for a 4D movie and were told by the very unpleasant man checking the tickets that we needed to buy glasses at ‘la cassa’ which was not mentioned anywhere in the online reservation. We waited 10 mins in line at ‘la cassa’ (there was only one counter open) only to find out that the glasses were only available at the food stand. We waited in line again at the food stand, bought the glasses, only to be told by the ticket-check agent that we were ‘lucky’ to be let in as we were late...This place is a practical joke... stay away!!!

Nice building with wide rooms and very confortabile seats. The tickets and the food are a little expensive but for once in a while it’s fine I guess.

Clean and comfy chairs, usually no problem to get tickets. Imo they have a weird way of choosing which movies to show in English, too few. And their tachos are a bit of a scam, there is almost nothing in those boxes for that price.
