Very disappointing and frustrating experience after buying items worth over 500 Euros. The items were not delivered even though fees/taxes and required paperwork had been filed (Geneva to Spain). The customer support via EMail is extremely unprofessional. After near 100 (!!!) mails back and forth NO solution has been offered. Still waiting!!! I'd suggest you avoid purchasing anything from outside Switzerland to avoid shipping problems and loosing money (we won't get back shipping fees and tax money!)

Avoid this auction house at all costs. They refuse to send your items after paying them and for expensive shipping. They are unprofessional and thieves. DON'T BUY HERE! I am extremely disappointed in the aftersales service of this auction house. I bought a 500 Franc lot, paid 90 Franc to get it shipped to Spain, paid 53 euros import fees and then the shipping company made a mistake that caused the package to be returned to Piguet. 2 months and 100+ emails later, it still isn´t solved. They refuse to take responsibility and come with a good solution. The communication is really bad and the willingness to solve a problem they are clearly responsible for is extremely low. I ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND NOT BUYING ANYTHING HERE IF YOU CAN´T GO AND PICK IT UP. VERY POOR AMATEURISTIC ORGANIZATION.

Great auction house with friendly and helpful staff. Bought several times from Piguet and I will probably buy again. Re. James David's complain, click on his name and you will note he left the exactly same comment all over the world to other auction houses. Someone trying to discredit the existing system to gain privileges on his own venture ? Just something to think about :-)
