Stadthotel in sehr guter zentraler Lage. Alles gut organisiert mit Parkhaus um die Ecke. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals an der Rezeption. Zimmer nicht besonders groß, aber für einen Kurzaufenthalt völlig ausreichend. Preise im Restaurant hoch, wie überall in der Schweiz.

5 star location!I think it falls short for a 4 star slightly but all in all it is a really nice hotel.My room (single stay) was very small though it did have all I could need though and the AC was a great asset as I caught a heat wave.Breakfast is delicious, very varied and generous buffet.Service was fantastic. Having read some reviews I thought I would find a more Parisian style in Luzern but i found the staff to be absolutely lovely.

This hotel was ideal for walking distance to all Lucerne had to offer! The breakfast was $25/person but was a large buffet! The desk staff was super pleasant and helpful! The room itself was extremely small and cramped. No where to really put luggage and the bathroom has no vanity space. The bathroom was also extremely outdated and the air conditioner was very small. Overall it's good for a quick night stay but wouldn't stay here for more than one night. The hotel will store your luggage for you for the day once you check out for you to explore! Also only 5 minute walk to the train station.

Auch wenn der Aufenthalt schon etwas zurückliegt, ist es für eine Beurteilung sicher nicht zu spät.Ich habe mich in Ihrem Hause sehr wohlgefühlt: die Einzelzimmer sind zwar nicht allzu groß und der Stauraum ist begrenzt, aber für ein paar Tage ist das ausreichend. Das Bett war super bequem und ganz wichtig war, dass alles einen sauberen und gepflegten Eindruck machte. Das Personal in sämtlichen Bereichen ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam; Frühstücksbüfett reichhaltig und lecker.Die Lage ist hervorragend, Bahnhof und Altstadt liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe.

very friendly staff. we could check in at 11 am. our comfort room was spacious enough, clean, cold and had free mini bar refilled every day. plus espresso machine with coffee, milk and sugar for the whole stay. no view - but quiet. big, comfortable bed. great stay in Luzern - thank you!

The hotel is in a fantastic location, just a few minutes walk from the main rail station and the Kapelbrucke. Our stay occurred during a heat wave throughout Switzerland (90 F daytime temperatures). The hotel’s air conditioning worked well as did the shower. The room was spacious enough for our needs and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed three nights in the hotel and had no issues. Our room rate did not include breakfast so we did not dine in the hotel. We enjoyed our stay at the AMERON and highly recommend this hotel.

We are staying here with our daughter and the comfort room has been perfect. The location of the hotel cannot be beat, and our room faces the courtyard so it has been very quiet. The hotel has air conditioning which has been a huge plus in the July heat. The receptionists have been so incredibly helpful with planning our excursions from Lucerne and have been very responsive with our questions and requests. We will definitely be staying here again when we return.Nothing negative to report at all!

We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend it to my friends and family. Although we arrived at 9 am, six hours before check-in time, the front desk was kind enough to let us check in to both of our rooms immediately. The room here is really small, but we come here to sleep and explore other places. All places from the hotel are 5 to 10 minutes and absolutely best location. Breakfast here is amazing and nest staff at the front desk.

My husband and I loved our stay at this hotel! Conveniently located in the city center, we were able to walk everywhere. Our room was clean and comfortable with air conditioning that worked well. Everything in the mini bar was included (beer, wine, water, juice, chips), which we thought was a very nice touch. We also appreciated the lemon water in the lobby that was available to guests. The hotel receptionist helped us book the Golden Circle Round Trip at a discounted price and helped us with directions. Overall would recommend highly!
