Terrible customer service! We had to communicate with them when we found a place to rent. 1 star is still too generous! When our potential landlady was really nice and helpful, these guys left an awful impression: rude emails, and if you try to discuss something with them and ask questions they will see it like it's risky to assign you a home and withdraw your application! So unprofessional. We were really disappointed.

Avoid at all costs. I left my apartment earlier to stop the interaction with them. The relationship with the customer is far from friendly, if you try to contact the person in charge of your apartment it takes you around 2 weeks after bad responses, even insulting ones. Two weeks of calling every single day. They will try to rip you off. It's been a month since I left and I still have not heard about the deposit. Moreover, the estimated cost of the apartment is 2000 francs for painting 4 walls that had minor problems.

In the 15 years in Switzerland, I've never been treated with such disrespect and arrogance as by this agency. The customer service is unspeakable and non-existence and they make you suffer as a customer, not only in terms of financial drainage from your account but also by treating you badly, which leads to health consequences. For a year, they made me pay for the apartment, which I left and when presented eligible candidates they have accepted and suddenly then changed their minds, with no explanations. They are trained to fight legal battles and manipulate you to give up on the fight and keep paying instead because of the bureaucracy that the fighting might entail. This is unacceptable and I sincerely hope that they have little to no business in the coming years, as they do not deserve a cent from our accounts. If you are with them try to end this asap and protect your accounts.

I am not giving them a 0 or negative because it does not exist. They did nothing during the whole 1 year and a half that I have been living in one of their apartments, just receive the payments. They didn't solve any issue with the apartment. The worst part is when you try to leave it. They just try illegally to take some cash from you in small amounts, like 75CHF or 100CHF, so it is not worth to pay a lawyer to fight for it. And the Shared account that they have to release at the end, well they take their time. It has been more than a month already and nothing. They do not even reply to the emails.One thing is taking advantage of how hard is to find an apartment in Lausanne, and another thing is bringing it to the next level. Shame of you Naef -11

Very unhappy.Problems with theft and traffic in the building and the management does nothing at all, only bare legally minimum and does not listen to tenants.Very long delays for answering to emails, 2-3 weeks, which is way above the average response time in Switzerland and Lausanne.Move on, your life can only be more peaceful with another agency.

Very bad experience. I sent an application through email with all documents. No answer at all. Then I came to their office to give them the application, they received it with a very careless manner as if I have to beg them for a flat. 1/5 is still a high grade.

If zero stars was possible then that's what they would get. The rudest customer service I have ever come across, I'm surprised anybody does business with them.

Naef Lausanne is the 3rd agency to manage my apartment since moving into it. Although not everyone is always eager to respond, the Gérant" is excellent. He always responds to emails and always does what he says. So far
