Would not recommend, felt a lot like scam. We met the dog trainer, Roli from Hundecenter Bichelsee, for a pre-consultation with our dog and were informed it would be a straight forward training/re-socialisation of 2-3 weeks. We were originally looking for cover for over our wedding/honeymoon but were advised to bring our dog in before that to get a head start with the training. When we wanted to discuss details about the stay we were later told to drop him off for 4-6 weeks instead, and we settled on 21 days. We got updates via WhatsApp but follow-up questions were usually not answered or discussed in detail. A day before we were due to collect our dog the trainer informed us we needed another 2-3 weeks for successful training. We were unable to do that as we already paid ~CHF2000 and we were also budgeting for our wedding the next month, but we agreed to extend it for 3 more days at least. When the final bill came for the 24 days there were extra costs that were not discussed, over CHF200 for food & vitamins. We had given the trainer our dog food to feed and we were never informed that he has been given the trainer’s food and how much it would cost. When we sent a text saying we were looking forward to seeing our dog and learning the training techniques he used so we could continue from there, the trainer responded he won’t do a training, since ‘we didn’t want to spend money on our dog and a training does cost money’. It was always part of the training plan that we would have been told the techniques used by him so we could follow from there and further train our dog. When we told him we would expect a run through of some sort as previously discussed, we didn’t receive a reply. Instead when the trainer showed up at our house to drop off our dog later that same day he was rushing us to go for a walk as he ‘was already late for other appointments’. When my partner asked him, if we should use his harness or collar for the quick walk with him he completely lost it. He started raising his voice, asking us why we use a harness in the first place - when my partner tried to explain in german that we use a harness to avoid our dog getting hurt when he is pulling, he was saying we’re injuring our dog, since we ‘allow’ him to pull. My partner asked him to please calm down and to discuss this less aggressively but he started shouting that she just ‘didn’t get it’ and that she ‘was just too stupid’. He grabbed her at the shoulder to make his point. At this point my partner asked the trainer to leave our apartment, since he was insulting her. He threw the lead on the table and left. We don’t doubt this person can handle dogs - but the whole secrecy about pricing, additional hidden costs and an absolutely inappropriate behaviour with his clients, up to actual physical contact, is a red flag! Please be careful if you consider this service.

Es war ein mega Erlebnis mit so vielen Hunden zusammen zu sein. Alle hatten anfangs das gleiche Aggressions Problem und am Ende waren alle wie ausgewechselt
