I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - right in the heart of the city, with easy access to all the sights and sounds. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with plenty of space to stretch out and relax. Best of all, the hotel was spotlessly clean, which really put my mind at ease during these times.But what really set this hotel apart was the hospitality of the staff. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel welcome and at home, and went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed. Whether it was recommendations for local restaurants, help with transportation, or just a friendly chat in the lobby, the staff were always warm and welcoming.Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better hotel experience. If you're looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay in the city, this hotel is definitely the way to go!

Really nice room but only suitable for a couple as there is glass between the room and the shower, great staff always available to help 24/7 and able to leave luggage and collect later on the last day, beautiful room

The room we stayed in has lots of issues. The curtain, especially the black out curtain, is much smaller than the window. Someone in the adjacent building, which is within 3 meters, could see clearly what you are doing. Things in the room are not securely fastened (e.g. reading light, shower holder, etc.), so be careful when using those things, especially they will ask you to sign a document saying that you will be responsible for damages.Location wise, it is next to Manor department store and the Rhone river. Train station is about 8 mins walk.

the service was excellent, we were here for a triathlon and the staff were were very accommodating, storing our bikes and bags, heating up our pre race meal.

Positive: LocationNegative: Rooms aren't very spacious, half the lights are working, the curtains don't even cover the whole window, had to change rooms to be in a smaller room (classic instead of superior) than what we had booked. Very small fridge, Beds are way too soft if u have lower back problems..The receptionists don't speak very good English it takes time for them to understand what we want to say.Will not stay here again!

Very good english-speaking and friendly reception, modern interieur and spacious beds, daylight in the bathroom, smart TV's, rooms come with Swiss and EU-sockets as well as USB-A ports, everyday-cleaning on request. The bathroom is immaculate, will come again!

This place is a 3 stars. But the service is 5 stars. They love their job always is someone on the reception. The rooms are very clean. Easy acces and the location is perfect. They was nice and respectful.

We loved our stay in March!This is a fantastic hotel in a perfect location, we had a business-class room and were not disappointed! Our room comprised of a large double bed, with USB and wall outlets, a television, a chaise long, small table and a glazed refrigerator that contained soft drinks to purchase and space for any snacks you may want to store.The bathroom, is very modern - the shower had windows in to the bedroom, though frosted, this was unusual to us, but being a couple we had no problem with the concept.Overall the room was pleasant with of the moment outfitting, large windows and had an air of luxury about it.Everything is decorated to a very high standard, the lobby has a 5 storey atrium, which looking down from our room was slightly vertigo inducing, but amazing nonetheless!Thank you Hôtel Rousseau, for a beautiful introduction to Geneva!From Sam J and Logan O, in Leeds, UK!
