Park Hotel Vitznau

Dieses Hotel lässt einem eintauchen in eine andere Welt, eine perfekte Welt voller Ruhe und Entspannung. Die Infrastruktur lässt keine Wünsche offen und auch die Mitarbeiter sind stets ausserordentlich bemüht. Die Lage direkt am See ist einmalig. Das Hotel verfügt zudem über drei Restaurants, von welchen zwei mit Michelin Sternen ausgezeichnet sind. Wir haben im focus ATELIER gegessen, es war hervorragend. Die meisten Zimmer haben Sicht auf den wunderschönen Vierwaldstättersee, man fühlt sich wie in einem Bilderbuch. Unseren nächsten Aufenthalt haben wir bereits gebucht.

This place was lovely and the service was fantastic. The sunset over the lake is special. The rooms are all different; mine was spacious, well equipped, and quiet.I think the experience of the spa could be improved by having children's hours. It is not at all relaxing to share the jacuzzi with 3 toddlers! Afternoons in the spa were made more hectic than I would hope for this kind of hotel with the pool area being one giant kiddie pool.Overall, I highly recommend this place and cannot wait to return. vitznau is a charming place.

Park Hotel at Vitznau was dreamy and exceeded our expectations. The building structure is charming like an old castle nestled on lake Lucerne, the view of the lake with the mountains in the backdrop is picturesque and astounding wherever you look. The lobby and entrance overlooking the lake has this modern refreshing airy feel that elevate your senses. Grounds and the garden were well maintained. Pool area was well designed and modern, you can book all your water activities and excursions from the hotel. Their spa is nice and the gym was functional with a partial view of the lake. We tried the lakeside terrace restaurant for breakfast and lunch and the food was great. Unfortunately we didn’t get to try Focus which is their signature fine dining 2 Michelin starred restaurant but definitely next time. Service here is immaculate and flawless. Their attention to small details is outstanding.The Concierge & hotel staff here are the best, so friendly, polite, prompt, courteous and hospitable. They go above and beyond for any request long before checkin and beyond checkout. They helped us with a photograph for a celebration while in the area and took care of the logistics, arranged for tickets and planned our sightseeing in the area and they even drove us to a dinner reservation in the area with a Maybach!We had an incredible experience here and definitely planning a future and longer visit.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the exquisite Park Hotel Vitznau and I must say, it was an great experience. From the moment I stepped foot into the grand lobby, I was enveloped in an atmosphere of grandeur.The hotel's attention to detail is truly remarkable.The staff are professional and friendly. From the friendly concierge who greeted my family and myself upon arrival to the each housekeeping staff who ensured my room was always clean and kept well, every interaction was met with a genuine smile and a willingness to go above and beyond to meet every needs of my family.Location-wise, is ideally situated on the lake making it convenient to explore nearby attractions and landmarks. I wholeheartedly recommend the Park Hotel Vitznau for an unparalleled five-star experience. I will be visiting again soon in the near future.

Despite a weak airconditioning system during our stay when the weather was 32 degrees, this completely newly renovated hotel still gets a good rating due to its extraordinary luxury, excellent service, and lack of crowding even though the hotel was full. Due to having only 48 rooms, there are even at peak times perhaps a 100 guests in the hotel, therefore there are no frantic scenes at breakfast vying for a good table because there is enough space for all guests to sit lakeside and get lakeside loungers. The rooms are very spacious, with great views and great comfort. The spa has top of the line sauna’s of various types, daylight experiences and a plunge pool - absolutely top notch. The one downside is the gym which is very small, much too small for a top end hotel. It only has some cardio and small weights but no proper weight machines. This makes a long-term stay impossible for those who work out regularly.

The staff are not attentive, they served us well done steak and extremely bland salmon at the grill restaurant- the food was very subpar and not worth the price AT ALL it was bland and flavorless. We wanted to walk outside to just take a look at the view and we were not allowed to do that because or their “policy” that it’s only for guests. We just spent $300 on a terrible meal and they wouldn’t even let us walk around afterwards. They kicked us back out to the parking lot. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS, there are plenty better 5 star hotels in Switzerland with better service, better everything

It was a very nice experience.Even with a bad weather , it’s a beautiful place to stay.We celebrated my birthday here and I must say we will definitely come back soon!

Wir haben im Restaurant gebucht für einen besonderen Geburtstagsanlass.3 Tage vorher habe ich nochmals angerufen und gesagt , dass wir einen besonderen Geburtstag meines Mannes feiern.Leider war von einem höflichen und herzlichen Empfang nichts zu spüren, obwohl vorher angekündigt.Jedes noch so kleine Restaurant schafft das irgendwie mit einer kleinen Aufmerksamkeit gegenüber den Geburtstagsgast .Bessere Schulung für das Personal wäre notwendig.Geretto Karola
