Spice it UPP

Ich habe eine Freundin mit einem indischen Abend überrascht und damit es ein Erfolg wird, bat ich Sunrita mich an diesem Tag zu unterstützen. Dieser Abend ist absolut gelungen. Sunrita ist auf alle meine Wünsche eingegangen und hat verschiedene Gerichte zum Thema Indischer Chaat" vorgeschlagen. Dazu sendete sie mir eine detaillierte Einkaufsliste und war im Voraus für Fragen immer erreichbar. Sie erschien pünktlich zum vereinbarten Zeitpunkt und kochte fast vier Stunden mit uns. Die Leidenschaft am Kochen ist Sunrita nicht zu übersehen. Sie kennt sich mit den Gewürzen bestens aus und hat eine sehr lebendige und zuvorkommende Art ihre Schüler in die Welt des indischen Kochens einzuführen. Ich kann Sunrita als Workshop-Leiterin oder auch einfach als als eine Begleitung und Hilfe für einen gelungenen kulinarischen Abend sehr empfehlen. Viele Spass beim Kochen! Es lohnt sich :-)"

Sunrita was a great teacher for us. We had so much fun cooking and the food was amazing despite our own cooking! Her guidance was second to none and she even went the extra mile and helped us set up the food on the dining table and made us sit down and eat while she finished up in the kitchen. Highly recommend Sunrita. Looking forward to the next lesson !

We enjoyed the class very much, Sunrita made us feel welcome from the off, spoiling us with Masala Chai and biscuits. Our lesson was under difficult circumstances, but she soldiered on to ensure we reached the end. Ultimately, the food was fine (though not to my personal taste) and we learned about the importance of using spice and allowing flavours to develop during the various stages of cooking. A lovely lady who's passion for cooking Indian food is self-evident from the first minute to the last.
