Was a bit sceptical after reading the reviews here.. but clean rooms and fair prices. Location is good, near to two public transport stations..

Das Zimmer war nicht Sauber, hatten Ameisen im Zimmer und die Zimmer sehen garnicht aus wie auf den Fotos.

Die Türe zum Balkon geht sehr streng auf und zu. Das Bett ist sehr klein für zwei Personen. Der Seifenspender ist kaputt. Bei der Dusche lässt die Umschlatung zur Duschbrause zu wünschen übrig. Das Zimmer hat weder Storen noch lichtabsobierende Vorgänge. Die Fenster sind direk gegenüberliegend zu den Balkonen der anderen Strassenseite. Man sieht so ziemlich alles, was die Privatsphäre fesentlich beeinträchtigt. Das Zimmer an sich ist modern, genug gross und zwecksgemäss eingerichtet. Ein grosser Kritikpunkt ist die Sauberkeit. Der Balkon war sehr schmudelig und hatte noch Zigarettemstummel vom Vormieter. Auch der Kühlschrank hatte noch einige Krümmel. Zudem könnte man den eigentlich grossen Balkon noch westentlich besser ausstatten mit z.B einem Tisch.

UPDATED: We ran into a problem during our stay here but the Property Manager was quick to act and provide a workable solution, afterward surprising us with a fully perfect solution. This is our 3rd time in a Vission Apartment and we have had several issues in the past, but we can recommend the location at Rue Caroline knowing that we can are in good hands if anything happens. The building is in close proximity to the city center, so a bit more city noise, but you will be within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and public transport. The rooms are a good size and the coffee machine makes great coffee. In case you have any questions or issues during your stay, contact the local staff (office downstairs, phone, or email) and avoid the general (HQ) channels at all costs if you don't want to lose your sanity. The local staff is professional and will do their best to assist you where possible.

Stayed with family (from Bengaluru, India) in Vision Apartments located in ‘Rue Caroline’ in the month of February 2019 for 2 weeks. The room and bathroom are clean and well-maintained. The kitchen is well-equipped with adequate crockery and cutlery. The rooms are very competitively priced. The apartment is a stone's throw from two metro stations i.e., Bessières - 180 meters or 2 minutes' walk and Ours - 210 meters or 3 minutes' walk. The Coop Supermarché (Supermarket) is just 130 meters away or 2 minutes by walk. Worst experience ever. Room booked for a full family of 3. Bed is a small double bed, where 1 of us could not fit in. Plumbing issues caused us to waste the whole day. Spider webs in the room and still dirty bath. Administration would refuse to help or issue a refund on the first day. The only good thing in this was that staff in the appartaments were nice and friendly, but they could not help much as administration who are ignorant, are the ones who can help.

Doppelbett ist leider zu klein für 2 Personen. Wenn ich könnte, würde ich Null Sterne geben. Preis und Lage sind zwar o.k, die Bettgrösse überschattet aber leider alle positiven Aspekte. Der vorgängigen Bitte um ein Zimmer mit 2 separaten Betten konnte leider nicht entsprochen werden. Lift ist für Leute mit Klaustrophobie problematisch. Die vielen positiven Bewertungen können nur von Fake-Bots sein. Auffällig, dass die meisten 5 Sternebewertungen keine Beschreibung enhalten-smells like Fake. Alles in Allem nicht empfehlenswert und ich würde nichtmal gratis eine weitere Nacht dort verbringen wollen.

Good location: quite central but quiet place and close to a supermarket and metro station. Modern decor and super clean. I stayed many times and keep returning.

Ich war zum Glück nur 3 Nächte hier. Keine Parkmöglichkeit….damit fing es schon an (Ok, steht auch im Internet). Der Eingang ist ehr etwas abschreckend, die Aufzüge sind unsauber und machen nicht gerade den vertrauenswürdigsten Eindruck. Die Zimmer bzw Apartments sind recht abgerockt. Sauber war es nicht unbedingt. Viele Haare im Bad und im gesamten Zimmer. Am ersten Abend ist meine Dusche „ausgelaufen“. Ich habe mich natürlich direkt gemeldet und dies beanstandet, da das Wasser aus dem Bad bis zur Eingangstür gelaufen war. Man wolle sich drum kümmern…..naja, ich frage mich wann??Es war extrem laut, trotz 9 Etage. Da die Räume nicht über eine Klimaanlage verfügen (warum auch…wir leben ja im Jahr 2021) ist es bei geschlossenen Fenster unmöglich zu schlafen. Sehr stickig und heiß wars. Wenn man die Fenster aufmacht, kann man wegen dem Lärm nicht schlafen.Hier ist es nicht nicht zu empfehlen. Ich würde ehr etwas mehr Geld ausgeben und lieber woanders schlafen. Zwei Sterne gibt für die Lage. Es ist alles relativ gut zu erreichen.
