Unfortunately the woman who stays there is extrem rude!

Amazing and unique furniture. Bought a new bed for our new house and turned out to be the best we've ever had! Good quality and very good service. If you love great design you should go there.

Ich war im Laden an der Talstrasse auf der Suche nach einem Tisch. Da war einer der mir gefiel. Der Preis: CHF 12'900, für eine Steinplatte aus Marmor und einem einfachen Stahlgestell. Ich fand den Tisch zu teuer und sagte es auch.. Die Verkäuferin fertigte mich ab mit: wir sind halt ein Luxusmöbelgeschäft!Ich habe schon Natuzzi Möbel, weil sie mir gefallen, nicht wegen dem Luxus Image. Ein Luxusmöbelgeschäft" sollte gutes Personal beschäftigen. Soll ich wieder hingehen?"

Ca. drei Monate nach Vertragsabschluss konnte Natuzzi nicht mal den Liefertermin bestätigen. Habe über 7 mal mit Natuzzi telefonieren müssen.Sehr schlechte Kundenbetreuung. Hauptsache Geld kassieren, die restliche Abwicklung interessiert sie dann nicht mehr!

Had the worst customer experience of my life. I went to the store to see what they had and one of the employees told me he could make a 20% discount on a new order for me. I said I had to measure the table to see if it fits the apartment. I went back a week later and the employee was on vacations. Which was fine, except when I mentioned I was told a discount, two ladies were extremely rude to me, saying I was lying and that I should wait till he was back so that I could hear that he didn't say that. They said he could have given a 15% but not 20%. I had the price in writing at home, so it wasn't even that difficult to prove it, but the whole process made me so upset that I never want to buy anything there again. The woman screamed at me until I left the store crying. She screamed as I went upstairs to leave the store, and in front of the other customers. I have been mistreated in a store before, but not like this, and I hope I never am again, specially when I am right. The guy who actually offered me a discount was super nice and that's what made me come back. I was going to buy 4 chairs and a coffee table - the discount was only for the coffee table and it was worth like CHF 50, so little in comparison of what they would get.

Rudest customer service ever. Contacted them per email, never got an answer. Called twice, staff is yawning while talking to you, different price quotes every time I called - just horrible. And they call them selfs luxury furniture store? Luxury begins by providing a certain service!!! The head headquarter should ready the reviews more carefully and fire the store manager, maybe the revenue will go up by then.

Incredible Beautiful Store and helpful friendly staff.Everything was very professional, I highly recommend the service.All items came on time, super nice Italian premium designe.I finally found my dream furniture which not everyone has :-)

Vielen Dank für die super Beratung.Konnte schnell und einfach bestellen und alles wurde fristgerecht geliefert.Hab mich schon ein neues Sofa verliebt, Preis/Leistung stimmt für Designe und Qualität.
