The man in the store shoutet at us and threatened to call the police because we couldn’t speak french

It is not a honest shop. I was told the lady the shoes were CHF125 as it stated in the box. But finally they charged CHF285. I found it when I left the shop and they claimed the number on the shoe box is mistake. Shame on the “mistake”. To be it is integrity issue.

Das Personal war sehr sehr unfreundlich. Zudem habe ich Schuhe gekauft, die im Laden viel billiger angegeben waren als mir schlussendlich verechnet wurde. Empfehle ich nicht weiter!!!

Der zuständige Mann im Laden rastet extrem aus, da mein Freund kein Französisch konnte. Er beleidigte uns unnötigerweise auf Italienisch. Inakzeptabel!

Bought a couple pieces there and one was clearly damaged which I realised only when I arrived home. I called the shop and asked what the options were and I said I’d come by to speak in person. Arriving back in the shop I was rudely told that I should have come the next day when the manager was there. It ended up being a very unpleasant experience with the woman clearly calling me a “Karen” on the phone to the manager and proceeding to refund me, much against her wishes. The second star is for the original girl who served me who was wonderful, would have been a 5 star rating had this woman not been so openly disrespectful to me. I believe it’s more than understandable to want a refund when the item is broken. I’m glad I got my refund and appreciate that, but not the attitude that came with it and especially calling me a Karen! I don’t like giving bad reviews but I must say this was one of the most unpleasant shopping experiences I’ve had. Won’t be going back.
