At the beginning the driver was polite and agreeable, but by the end of the ride I have made the remark that the driver has not turned off the meter. His reply was that I was too drunk to see the meter. I completely condone this kind of attitude and I wish I never ordered a taxi from this company.

I cannot thank Jean-Philippe and his staff more for a perfect experience. Transportation was well coordinated, on-time, and luxurious. Also, the staff was available for any questions or changes. I highly recommend their services.

One of their drivers picked up members of our management in the center of Geneva for the train station. The driver told them that there were no trains for Martigny and he ha]d to take them to train station at the airport which is a more expensive ride. Although I have flagged this to Taxi Ambassador, I have no feedback nearly 1 month later . Avoid this company

Excellent customer service for booking via email and good information on cars and allocated drivers. The cars were pristine, new and very comfortable and the drivers very helpful. I would 100% use them again.

J’ai réservé un taxi, le monsieur me confirme, me donne le numéro du véhicule, il me dit qu’il sera là dans 10 minutes (ça me semblait un peu rapide).Cela fait 1h que j’attends. Au bout de 30 minutes je les ai appelé au téléphone ils m’ont dit que aucun taxi n’étais en route vers ma direction, il me demande le numéro du véhicule je lui donne et il me dit d’attendre (je suis toujours en attente à la 20eme minute).Une honte

Durant la conférence watches and Wonder 2023, j'ai réservé un taxi la veille de ma course et Ambassaor à accepté de prendre ma réservation sans m'avoir comme client habituel, alors que son principal concurrent (que je prends régulièrement) n'a pas accepté ma commande.... Je sais où aller maintenant et en plus le chauffeur était très sympa, professionnel et, malgré les circonstances particulières liées à l'événement, le prix n'avait pas changé (env. 25.- CHF Meyrin-Village- Aéroport).Merci à eux, top merci.
