Nice and well organized restaurant with quick service and identical products as the other branches. You can pay cash or use your credit or debit cards. The restaurant is clean and the taste of the meals is good. The personnel are welcoming and smiley. This branch as the other branches offers free WiFi for the visitors without any obligation to buy their products. Vegetarian meals are available but not organic products.

The attention to detail in this restaurant is incredible. They use locally sourced food, daily deliveries of fresh vegetables that are handpicked by the farmer. The sandwiches are carefully selected by the bakers, and the patties grilled to perfection. Whenever one goes to this 3 star michelin restaurant, one feels a bit special.

Classic restaurant where you can order at the counter or on a display - then get service at the table or simply pick it up at the counter if you're heading out. Good service.The upstairs area does close at 10pm during the week though which can restrict the available seating area during busy evenings.

Service was so poor, not even worth a star! BUT a 1 star was given because we had to in order for the review to be published.We just came back from Vaudoise Arena after watching the Youth Olympic hockey match. Since it was so cold because of the east wind, we decided to stop over andbuy hot drinks there.We were there just after 22h00 and since our train was at 22h27 and the place was quite empty, we thought we had enough time just to buy 1 espresso and 2 hot chocolate.After a few minutes of waiting at the counter and being completely ignored by the staff, we understood that it was better for us to do the self automated order"and so we did.As I said

This was one of the better McDonald's in Switzerland.The staff was polite and friendly. They got the orders right. The manager was a very friendly guy who made us comfortable despite the language barrier. Different experience than other McDonald's in Europe.The bathrooms were clean. The interior of McDonald's was quite nice.

Friday 23 july 2021, around 18h. It was the 9th birthday of my daughter.We took 3 kids menus and a snack of 9 nugets. In the middle of the dinning, our girl of 9 years asked us about her nuget. Apparently, she had started eating her frites first (maybe because she had only frites) and she was asking her nugets now. We were suprised.I asked ladies working there about the situation. One of them asked about the receipt. She checked and later brought her nuget. But she started speaking in a rude manner that we should had checked the content at first time. I informed her once more that it was the kids menu that was lacking the nugets, which is their fault not including the nugets.These people should think once more putting an insult on the customers.You broke our hearts on the birthday of our daughter damns.

They don't respect the timing to throw old burgers and fries and keep them reheated. Also they tell you to clean your table if you leave the tray in the table after eating. I guess the managers here are out of their mind...
