A 10 out of 10 . Staff super friendly from arrival to departure. The front desk manager went up to take our luggage down so we did not need to wait when porter were busy . Free car service in town very convenient, every driver was super friendly and gave us detailed introduction to everywhere . Concierge super friendly even though we changed our dinner booking multiple times because of uncontrollable scheduling issues , they never gave up and managed to save our table in a Michelin restaurant 15 minutes before their kitchen was closed . Not to mention the view to the golf course is fantastic , walking distance and a paradise for golf lovers !

Nous nous sommes rendus au restaurant du Guarda Golf.C'était absolument parfait de bout en bout. Le lieu est superbe, l'ambiance chaleureuse et feutrée.Le service d'une efficacité et d'une sympathie hors paire (encore un grand merci de nous avoir amené un lit pour notre fille qui dormait, nous n'en demandions pas tant ).Et le repas, c'était tout simplement magique, indescriptible, un ravissement à chaque bouchée.Allez-y les yeux fermés !

I felt like home in the hotel . The staff is extremely friendly and helpful.( Davis, Iris , Leo , Philip ) honestly; all the staff in housekeeping or room service or reception. Even the owner is friendly and helpful. The shuttle service is amazing and on demand . I’ve Never expected to feel this comfortable in such luxury place . The view is spectacular. The Five restaurant is perfect . The spa is clean and relaxing . I’ll definitely come back again . And highly recommend it .

Ho alloggiato in questo hotel per motivi di lavoro. Hanno un ottimo servizio e accuratezza per il cliente. Ottimo cibo e struttura. Ma mi sento in dovere di fare i complimenti ad un ragazzo dello staff dell albergo Alessio, è stato a dir poco eccellente. Sono un imprenditore e lui è il collaboratore che tutti vorrebbero nella propria azienda. Gentile, disponibile ma soprattutto intuitivo verso le esigenze del cliente. Grazie per l ospitalità

Espectacular semana de ski en Crans! Nuestra estadía en Guarda Golf no pudo ser mejor. Desde el check-in hasta el check-out fue todo increíble. El edificio es hermoso, clásico, de madera oscura, impecablemente decorado. La habitación tiene una vista de morir! Los amenities y pequeños detalles se hicieron notar durante toda nuestra estadía. El personal sumamente amables, siempre atento a nuestras necesidades, enfocados en todo momento a complacernos, hicieron de nuestra estadía un disfrute total. El restaurante tiene un nivel excelente, puedo dar fe de ello ya que en el correr de la semana degustamos casi todos los platos de la carta. Un hotel para disfrutar en todos los sentidos. Súper recomendable!
