Hôtel Alpina & SPA Restaurant Oxalis

I booked this hotel a bit randomly. Once at the reception i realized i actually had selected the wrong dates. The staff (and manager) did its absolute best during my whole stay, and I made sure to let them know that their level of service and attention is rare and exquisite. What a great experience that was. Thank you

We went to Les Gets during low season therefore there was not much to do. However, Faustine, a very lovely front desk staff was super helpful in finding us activities to do and always accommodating us. She has a very strong service ethic and was super kind and friendly. Our trip ended memorable because of her and her lovely teammates.Thank you Faustine! You are incredible.

It's a very lovely hotel with friendly staff. We go there year on year. The food is absolutely amazing and the whole place is always clean and tidy. The pool area is well looked after and the rooms are cleaned well every day. The balconies offer superb views of the mountains and town. The only thing stopping the 5th star this year was that some of the restaurant staff were new and clearly not settled in and conversant with the wine and cheeses etc so the service was slower on some evenings. But that said we will go again and would give the hotel 5 stars for every year we've been there before.

We stayed at the Alpina hotel for a week in August and had a fantastic experience. The highlight is definitely the food which we booked on a half board basis. I would say probably the best hotel food I have eaten over the previous years. Staff are very friendly and helpful and it’s a great location for the village and activities. The only negative and this is not a reflection on our overall experience is that some people smoke on their room balconies and this can drift into your room which is not nice if you have children..lovely hotel though and hope to stay again in the future…

Hotel location perfect to the town center. Hotel rooms very cosy with all wooden architecture. Bathroom facilities excellent. Cleanliness nothing to say. Staff very friendly and polite. Breakfast very sumptuous and good quality. Dinner very well presented.Overall, we would like to come back again in winters.

Very nice hotel for sky holidays, very cozy indeed! The breakfast and dinner were great along with the marvelous deserts, and they are very attentive with guests birthdays... It has a very nice spa area, but the swimming pool had cold water, not warmed enough, I guess. Anyway Les Gets is very nice village, the sky slopes are great and the hotel location couldn't be any better. So we had a perfect holidays.

great place.. we stayed at Chalet Adelphine and had a great time.The room with bunk beds may be suitable for kids, for us adults it was a bit stuffy, but the sofa bed downstairs is lovely.. so not using the bunkbed, 5 of us could sleep comfortable. Swimming pool, jacuzzi, steam and sauna rooms - all perfect and with a gr8 view..The food(dinner) at restaurant was lovely.. I mentioned I was vegetarian, and they quickly prepared soup and salad - extremely tasty and hearttouching. Be sure to keep them informed of dietary restrictions in advance.All in all, a great place to stay.

The hotel is nice and comfortable. Well located, nice people, good service. Dinner is very good. But breakfast service should be much better. If you get there on the last 30 minutes, you won't have everything, namely fried sausages and bacon.I was staying alone in a double room. And I payed for a double occupancy. At the time of the booking, I agreed with these terms. Nonetheless, it's a very unfair situation. It's extremely unfair to charge one person as if it were two. It's not fair.

Ein Tolles Hotel, die 3 Sterne sind mehr als verdient, top. Könnte Ich, würde Ich ein Stern mehr vergeben. Die Familliealen Lodges direkt neben dem Hotel kann Ich sehr empfehlen. Im Untergeschoss befindet sich ein kleiner Pool mit Hamam und Sauna... Hier kann man wunderbar entspannen nach einem kalten Tag im Schnee. Das Restaurant ist sehr gut. Das Personal sehr freundlich und immer bemüht um Ihre Gäste. Das Frühstücks-büffet ist wunderbar, man findet alles was man morgens vor einem Ski Tag braucht. Die Lage ist traumhaft, in nicht Mal 5 min zu Fuß ist man im Dorf und beim Télésiège. Im Hotel selbst gibt es für die Kinder einen Spielraum mit allem was das grosse und kleine Kinderherz begehrt. Für die Erwachsenen ein tolles Wellness Bereich + für alle eine grosses Innenschwimmbad. Die Bar darf Ich nicht vergessen auch eine tolle Atmosphäre....Sehr schön. Ein Sache könnte Ich ergänzen; in den Lodges wäre ein Wasserkocher und eine kleine Kaffeemaschine ein schönes extra. Ansonsten, wir kommen gerne wieder. Macht bitte weiter so.
