Cheated me in portin offer they mentionedSwiss L plan 50% off plan. Hell lot of followup after that activated for a month and renew will expect 29 fr which is full amount . Support will have same repeated responses even after saying whole story. Worst service.

The number of bad ratings here are for the Lycamobile service, not the store. The store, which does provide Lycamobile sims and packs, is an Indian/Asian groceries store. You can popular Indian brands of flour here, as well as popular Indian ready-to-eat meals and stuff like Maggi. There are a number of sauces available too, and a wide variety of frozen bake-ready items like samosas, naan, parathas, idlis and the like. All common varieties of lentils also available. Vegetables, fruits and beverages can also be found here. The shop owner is polite and helpful! There are some items which are temporarily sold out (like Bhujia or Besan) so it's best to take the number of the store owner who can let you know before visiting whether or not something is available.

Bought a month-long plan, it worked for a few days before completely cutting out.I’ve called, messaged, emailed with the customer service team - have been waiting for 5 days to get them to reactivate my data (at this point I would accept simply a reply to my emails).I’m traveling and working remotely - this has really messed up my ability to function here.

Believe me, it is one of the worst. It is about a week that I ordered a simcard and no way to trace its delivery. No customer service, no respond even in the working hours. When u send an email to them, you just receive that they will take care of the problem. These companies are just draining money from people. It is shameful that there is no law to punish them.

A couple of months ago, it was working perfectly. I went away and bought credit for data on my return. No internet connection.4 skype calls lasting a total of over 1,5 hours, the same pre-recorded advice each time (only available in English) followed by a person who sounded like they wanted to help you, always with a version of: wait (one hour), remove the SIM, restart. Even got a reference number for escalation.Still no connection. I am going to ask for a refund. Think it will happen? I thought the comments mentioning a 'scam' were those of competitors. I was sadly wrong.

Terrible company, do not waste your money with Lycamobile. I have always had problems with the bundles I bought and not having service abroad and having problems with service in Switzerland when I come back from another country. There was no way to ask for a refund, I was just told I should have made a claim with their customer service, except that was impossible since I didn't have any phone service to call with.Wait for a Salt offer instead, they have offers often that are cheaper than the bundles offered my Lycamobile that are unreliable

Their service is nearly a scam. A total waste of money. Customer service impossible to reach in other languages than English. After long effort you reach a customer service India to tell them your credit and unlimited data subscription disappeared. Response: you have no credit and no subscription in the system. You have to buy it first! You can end the call now". Beyond useless..."
